If I understood O'Quinn last night on Greta, and he was a little hard to understand, they are seeking custody until a "blood test" is done?
But none of that changes the mathematical possibilites of "two related people" "dying in different places" "within a particularly small timeframe from the "Time last seen alive until time of death" with ONLY ONE PERSON IN COMMON who had direct access to both and were a contolling factor in both lives.

You lost me here. Why would that bother Khristine? I musta missed something. He had no choice but to say the relationship wasn't exclusive because he knew people would come forward with evidence that they had affairs with her (people over which he had no control).
I think I heard on CTV, earlier, that Vergie is asking for "protective" custody until DLs daddy can be established and it is shown that he's able to care for her. Ms. Rose is Vergies attorney in the Bahamas for the hearing tomorrow.
Also, Jean of CTV had a report earlier about DL. The US embassy said DL would have to have a passport to leave the Bahamas. Which would involve her parents applying for one. They wouldn't say if that was done before ANS died or not.
And if she erased "messages sent", it was still there. Certainly Howard wasn't sending him a friendly letter. They were fighting over possession of the house.
Yup- O'Quinn sees lots of publicity and probably $. I agree that Virgie genuinely believes murder may be involved. I give her that. Is she right? I don't think so. But, I'll eat my words if I prove to be wrong in the end. Just make sure I have plenty of chocolate to go down with those words:)
Anna and Howard lived in a world inhabited by others of their ilk. Celebs, managers, PR people, lawyers, hanger's-on,all flavored with vast doses of mistrust and shady goings-on and boat loads of money. Once you're in that world, it's tough not to be corrupted. Still, I think Howard loved her very much and they certainly were co-dependant.
hmmm....maybe died from blood poisoning?? Septic shock??
Could that be because they could detect the alchol on her body and that it may be in places ANS could not reach such as her butt?
Is it possible that Taz or one of the people in the hotel room with ANS - phoned one of the prescribing doctors (KE & Kapoor) and then followed up with an email on all the drugs in the room....trying to determine if she was having a drug reaction and what antidote or measures to take to revive her?
Remember, they were under HK$' orders not to call 911. Perhaps they thought they could revive her with just the insiders (KE, Kapoor and Hk$)
If she swabbed and injected not murder. If someone else did homocide??
There seem to be what 4 or 5 different agencies investigating this. Somebody's GOTTA be competent in that bunch. Hopefully they are going to be honest and not influenced by people such as King Eric. NO COVER UPS!

Now that little alcohol swab tidbit looks interesting. But I don't think that's what he really wants to know. He wants to know if she EVER injected herself or did Howard always do it.
If it's true that she was sick, which is possible, that could add credence to the rehab in FLA theory. She could've been suffering from withdrawl already but was determined to make it this time.
Well if you want to kill someone with an injection you don't worry about wiping them with a alcohol swab before you inject them. I think Perper wants to know if she was in the habit of using the sterlie procedure of using alchol swabs before injecting drugs into herself.
