I think I heard on CTV, earlier, that Vergie is asking for "protective" custody until DLs daddy can be established and it is shown that he's able to care for her. Ms. Rose is Vergies attorney in the Bahamas for the hearing tomorrow.

Also, Jean of CTV had a report earlier about DL. The US embassy said DL would have to have a passport to leave the Bahamas. Which would involve her parents applying for one. They wouldn't say if that was done before ANS died or not.
