Maybe what was ON the computer changed it... like with Scott Peterson, when he was researching tides in the bay he dumped Lacy's body in. Many times criminals research how-to and these days those traces don't disappear. Could be HKS was counting on everyone assuming accidental death and never having this computer looked at.

I've seen that rumor on the CTV forum, about the Coral Harbour house being in "Howard's cousin's name" but no one can ever say where that came from or who his cousin is or what the cousin's name is.
I think it started as somebody's joke and got perpetuated - have you ever seen anything definitive about it?

So, who carried him in to see them - was it on a stretcher? Or, did the cops go to his "room" and lie down on the floor next to his bed sideways, asking him questions that he answered with grunts?
I don't know. So many of these people bald-face lie about everything, I don't see how they keep getting away with it.

Perhaps a password provided by Ford Shelley gave them access to info contained on this computer that would be part of the crime scene; therefore, avoiding legal issues that could arise from accessing computers taken from Horizons by Shelley.

To anyone who wants to do the figuring out: I think I have a small clue about Anna's pregnancy. I was re-reading all my rag mags and this jumped out at me. OK! Magazine - March 5th -page 23. It states:
Kicking the habit
Anna was in her 17th week of gestation when she secretly entered a treatment program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA last year. During her 18 day stay, doctors prescribed, methodone a heroin substitute that helps patients overcome addiction, the friend says. Concerned that hospital staff would report her drug use to child protection agencies, Anna eventually relocated to the Bahamas.
With that, we know this happened sometime in April right Rute66? Was it you who was up on that from the trial with Larry on the stand? Can someone do the proper math to figure out babydaddy??????

I believe that is what led to the initial confusion. There were TWO nurses and we were having trouble figuring out who was doing what. I don't think we even heard the name Brigitte mentioned until after she was gone.
I've avoided all the guesstimating on pregnancy length and due date, because it's just so variable. Same with "who the baby looks like."
But that *is* the de-tox period Larry told us about, with HKS taking ANS's usual drugs in to her hospital room in a duffel bag, along with her other things, and letting her have extra of the drugs she was supposed to be being weaned off of.
HKS had told LB at one time that ANS "had to have" these drugs simply to stay alive. Guess she had convinced him of that. ANS was HKS's drug in exactly the same sick way.
I think Tas was the only nurse there. We even heard that first day that the nurse and the bodyguard were one and the same person, a male! It was very confused at first.
How do the people at ET sleep at night?
Makes ya wonder. LOL, there was a rumor on the CTV forum yesterday, I think, that Mark Steines had moved into Horizons with HKS - and that spread all around and was taken as gospel within a few minutes by posters there (kinda like ET owning the cemetery or something like that, remember that one?).
I just did a little bit of googling to try to find the source of the Brigitte-as-nurse story.
The one story was small and just said that Brigitte Neven said ANS didn't choke on her own vomit and died a peaceful death.
The time period of the stories was much later than when I first saw her on GMA, I believe. What I think is that this was during the time we hadn't seen Tas yet and didn't know her name - and even Moe was being mysterious and not ID'ed by his last name.
Half the stories just say Brigitte Neven and then some of the gossip blogs picked her up as "the nurse who discovered ANS". Of course, it was Tas making that claim, but someone tagging Neven with it, because she went on TV and told basically the same story.
Y'all here is a nice synopsis of the headlines right after the death. Some stories have changed since then haven't they?

“Hotel sources say that when Anna arrived a few days ago she was ‘out of it’ and slurring her words and she stayed that way during her visit. Also it seemed that Anna was REALLY dreading the court ordered blood test for her baby - and her reasons might be far more complicated that we assumed. Someone actually speculated that the baby might not have been fathered by either Larry Birkhead OR Howard Stern … this person implied that the baby could have been fathered by someone very close to Anna - someone like her own son Daniel. It’s a horrible thought, but remember, Anna lived in a different world than most of us.”
US Weekly:
“Numerous sources at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, are now coming forward, claiming that the 39-year-old former Playboy Playmate and Guess model appeared to be having a drug overdose shortly before her death … The scene was surreal at Memorial Regional Hospital, where Anna Nicole Smith was rushed via ambulance. According to a source, Smith was not completely covered when she arrived at the trauma/emergency entrance, but as she was wheeled in, ‘the white sheet was then put completely over her body.’”
National ENQUIRER:
“A witness said: ‘It was absolute madness. Anna suddenly collapsed, and everyone started to majorly freak out. The paramedics got to the hotel in minutes, put a tube down her throat and tried to resuscitate her.’ A member of staff said: ‘There was pandemonium. Howard was screaming for paramedics. They got to work right away.’ The medics were seen pumping her chest and desperately trying to revive her as she was rushed on a stretcher to a waiting ambulance. One onlooker said: ‘It didn’t look at all good for her. She seemed totally lifeless. Her bodyguard flew past me like a bat out of hell.’”
TMZ:
“…There were six people, including Anna, staying with her in her two-bedroom suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida. The private nurse, who discovered Anna unresponsive, is the wife of Anna’s bodyguard. The bodyguard, who is also a paramedic, administered CPR to Anna until an ambulance arrived. Anna’s companion, Howard K. Stern, was staying in the room as well. The identities of two other individuals are, at this time, still unknown. Â… A source at the hotel tells TMZ that Anna Nicole was in Florida to purchase a 39 foot; boat from a Miami Beach broker who had the boat in Ft. Lauderdale. The boat was being prepared for purchase at the time of her death.”
Life & Style:
“Bobby Trendy, 27, best known as the decorator on Anna Nicole’s reality TV series, The Anna Nicole Smith Show, was with the 39-year-old former Playboy model in Florida yesterday, Feb. 7. ‘This is such devastating news,’ Bobby tells Life & Style. ‘I was with her yesterday in Hollywood, Florida, and she seemed happy and upbeat. She was so happy to see me. We hugged. She seemed like her old self, making silly jokes and laughing. I’m so shocked I can’t even tell you. She was in a good mood — she looked fine, she seemed fine.Â’ Â… Bobby tells Life & Style, ‘She had a nurse with her because she had fallen recently and hurt herself.’”
In Touch Weekly:
“Anna Nicole and her boyfriend, lawyer Howard K. Stern, had checked into the hotel on Monday evening. Howard’s sister Bonnie Stern tells In Touch that the couple had gone to Florida from their home in the Bahamas to pick up a boat. ‘She came down with a severe flu. She felt awful,’ says Bonnie, who says that is why she had a nurse with her.”

Do you think that BN is just a Friend and not a nurse? I don't know. But she clearly states in this transcript that there was a "friend" there with her when she found Anna. Who is the friend if it is not the blond/gray/older lady named Brigette? (sp?) We have Rita's recount from the Bahamas to back that up... Don't we?

That all would depend on the length of the time period, I think.
The sequence of those events might have been: HKS initially questioned at the hotel or police headquarters, then went to the hospital and spent time with ANS's body, then went back to the hotel, checked into a different room, was sedated, became catatonic and then assumed a fetal position while sweating and shivering. Or, some variation thereof.
I can't wait for his next fetal position episode....
Do we know for sure it was HIS computer. The computer was referred to as "a computer that was in the room". Now this was a suite. Perhaps the suite came with an in-room laptop. In which case, HKS could do nothing about it.
Hmmm, I didn't realize Bobby Trendy was there on 2/7. I wasn't sure what day. Well, maybe he was paired with KE, sort of - like he was the 6th person if we don't ever count Brigitte and King Eric, since it didn't sound like they were going to stay at the hotel, just on the boat for a night.
Or, we can "not count" Tas and Moe, since they live there in town and we "could count" BN and KEG instead.
If that scum, HKS, typed her suicide note and then caused her to OD and they believe she wrote the note then I will..... Well, it will be awful.
As sad as she was she didn't seem like she wanted to die.
I hope that it is something else that incriminates HIM.
