Date??? Annaemail to Howard's sister saying that the baby's due date was in two weeks

Did Howard tell Kapoor to back date the prescription?? There must have been some communication with Kapoor to know where to send the Methadone.

Sept 7 Dannielynn born

Sept 10 Daniel dies

Feb 12?? Seidlein's court, Howard said Anna hadn't taken any Methadone in 5 months. (Sept.7 -Feb 8)

There was no hesitation on spitting out 5 months. A more normal answer would have been since Dannie Lynn was born.

Seidlein's Court: Larry said he was the father of a 5 month old baby girl.

So why was ANY Methadone in Daniel's system. Was Howard inferring that after Daniel died, Anna though it was HER methadone that killed Daniel. Is THAT what Howard was inferring??

Seidlein's Court: Call's Howard "An Enabler".

I think that Howard wrote that email to his sister. Using the term "Due Date" that late in a preganancy just doesn't sound right particularly because I believe the C-section was scheduled at her last appt..That last OB appointment date needs to be verified somehow. The 26th was a Saturday. I'm betting that it was on the 24th. The dates need scrutiny because they're tied to that Meth prescription.

I asked the question a long time ago. Did Howard have a vasectomy?? Is THAT why Anna originally asked Thompson?? to be the father?? Not because Thompson?? WAS a real resident??....but he and Anna were no co-habiting. Did Howard get a whiff of "Shane Gibson is going down". Was he looking for options?? Did he try to make a "deal" with Thompson?? (which is kinda obvious).

yes it seems like there is now a sudden urgency to get Perpers report out there... Like I said earlier it was 10 days away and now it is down to 2 or 3 days away.

Now I just heard FOX say Perpers report was still a couple of weeks away - I guess they don't watch LKL.

First, the minute ANS died, HKS writes a script for Entertainment Tonight that says there was a secret wedding being planned.

Now, the 2 husbands say they were selected by Anna as godfathers. Uh-huh. I don't think they are very fit for the job:

In regards to the Horizons and the DNA: they should go forward as scheduled. Nothing would change because of anything that Perper would say.

In regard to Daniel's inquest, that will likely be put on hold. Perper's report needs to come first since it MAY effect testimony.

I think the Bahama folks now want Howard away from that baby. If anything ever happened to her, everyone would go nuts.

HKS appeared in Seidlin's court beginning on Feb 20, and I don't recall the exact date he made that 5 month statement.

At the time he made it, I thought he was just admitting to what had been released so far.....ie that the Kapoor script was roughly 5 months before.

Another thought, was he trying to put the time frame before the "commitment ceremony" (Sept 28) so her state of mind was not contested? Or will another "will" surface, written within a 5 month time frame?

The matter is now at the case management stage, during which stage the court makes orders as to discovery, filing of documents that have not yet been filed, answering of interrogatories, and other preparatory steps for trial.

There's an ongoing power struggle between Perper and Wecht.

Which is one of the reasons Perper is enjoying his 15 minutes of fame. It's really an "in your face" to Cyril.:)

I'm waiting for Howard to "break down", sobbing wildly, saying that "Anna killed Daniel". It was an accident. She was afraid they would take Dannie Lynn. I've been trying to protect her."

Perper's stuff will be REAL IMPORTANT because there are only a couple of "Scripts" that this will fit into. AND, we don't know if he has re-reviewed the report he issued on Daniel. I believe they found "one unknown substance".

We're now into mathematics "probabilities"...the same laws that guide DNA sampling, fingerprinting, etc..
