In regards to the Horizons and the DNA: they should go forward as scheduled. Nothing would change because of anything that Perper would say.

In regard to Daniel's inquest, that will likely be put on hold. Perper's report needs to come first since it MAY effect testimony.

I think the Bahama folks now want Howard away from that baby. If anything ever happened to her, everyone would go nuts.

The matter is now at the case management stage, during which stage the court makes orders as to discovery, filing of documents that have not yet been filed, answering of interrogatories, and other preparatory steps for trial.
