There is no way in hell that she could have been taking these 4 x a day on top of everything else. You have look at the overall prescription picture.
I will say 10mg of Valium is nothing... I could eat V's all day long. 10mg of V wears off on me in about 1 hour. In my drug abusing days a female friend and I would hit the V's and garage sales on Saturdays.
They did some great Anna related stuff. They mocked the media by giving "absurd reports" on Anna's death and apologized profusely to the media.
The Seidlin take was "right on". Bet Seidlin laughed his butt off and said: "Yeh, but it worked in disarming Stern!"
Perper has pretty much given the way to get away with murder. Therapeutic levels and a little bit too much of a med on top that will lead to death. It won't be ruled a suicide for life insurance purposes or homicide..just an unfortunate accident. And lo and behold the Doctor is gone and she's the one who would know this combination would kill. God forbid the thought that she whispered to Howie the night before what to do.
It is heartbreaking to see isn't it? The lakefront is unrecognizable. I lost a house, sailboat, job and long term relationship. Katrina was no friend of mine.

I would have to sit down and add up all the missing pills - plus the daily dosage and spilt it up between 2 people just to see how many mg's she had in her system on a daily basis and just how whacked she would have been.
This is the problem with them saying the levels were Therapeutic - yes some are if you are not taking 6 or 7 different drugs a day including several muscle relaxers on top of each other.
No wonder the broad didn't like sex... your body is like mush and numb with all those drugs in ya. I bet the broad never could have a O due to all the relaxing/numbing drugs in here.
I THOUGHT Daniel had a will. Michael Scott was his attorney at the time and I do like Scott at this time because it appears he wasn't willing to go along with Howard.
It would seem that Michael Scott would have filed the birth certificate but he's the one that said Anna would not sign the mortgage on 4 occasions. He knew the whole thing was a scam.
We'll see.
So then we have to wonder, why did HK$ leave the bottle then? My guess is that:
1) It seems HK$ had complete confidence in the fact that it is nearly impossible to prove that a drug addict was killed by someone else other than themselves (especially when the addict is a Queen bee); and
2)That if by chance Perper DID find CH, it would look more suspicious if the bottle was missing.
I cannot believe that without the CH find, he was going to call this a "natural" death!

I just can't type well when I have that nagging feeling that I should be cleaning my house right now.

Great atricle! I didn't realize that Howard hand in having the original coroner removed --- but I'm not surprised.
I think she was absolutely fuming that Kapoor put that list out. They thought they could Blackmail the dude with the Methadone. For all we know, KE had it forwarded to the Bahamas (or whatever). Maybe another ILLUSION.
If you're guilty of murder, incidental crimes become trivia.
As far as all the drugs in Howard's name...well, they had to go through customs and I think that's the reason because Anna was sick and looked like hell and questioning her about the meds would probably be like questioning a two year old.

I have little doubt that the boat was named after him and think it was "a little secret" between Anna and Howard.
Wonder whose name the boat is in. No one has ever said. I think it was a laundering scam and it's in Howard's name. It'll be fun to watch the Coast Guard take it over because very shortly, "The Tax Man Cometh".
I even got some laundry done today. Now, to scrub the kitchen floor. (A 5 minute job!! Wow!!)

You're right. Again, an obvious one flew right over our heads.
I forget the name of the place where you catch the ferry that takes you to Ft. Sumter. That place is friggin beautiful. We didn't make it to Ft. Sumter cuz we were too late but we did go to the other fort. Forget the name now. (Someone will know) But that surrounding neighborhood is just glorious. I looked into the price of homes in that area one time as a possible place to retire. These are not big homes mind you but they carry humungous pricetags.
She's a nurse and I think he's with the Fire Department. Not that they couldn't be but they need to "function" in their jobs. They're looking at Anna as sick with a doctor attending her, not a druggie per se. It's just my personal perception of them.
