I think you're guess is correct. I get very strong intuitional feelings about certain players in this saga, unfortunately, not all of them agree with everyone else on the thread, but I think we are all right in our fear for Dannielynn.
1. The two victims are related.
2. The TIME from "last seen alive till approx. time of death" are equal.
3. The deaths are questionable in fact.
4. The ONLY person who saw each of the victims alive and had immediate access before their death was Howard.
5. Howard HAD an interest in both parties as related to the Laws of numerous jurisdictions.
The preceeding facts carry astronomical odds.
All other items such as the "I Hate Mom" tape, the birth certificate, the boat wedding, HER death in Florida rather than the Bahamas AND THE SEIDLEIN COURT MATTER will be supporting evidence of pre-meditated murder.
Just like Birkhead said, Howard can stop this any time; stop the circus.

Wasn't that when she was in the hospital in California from a Drug overdose and Vergies said she helped get her into Betty Ford? ANS didn't remember Virgie at the hospital in California? I believe that was in 1986.

She's trying to force his hand; Stern is already under a court order from CA to give DNA: he just hasn't done it.
