The only patients who have tried to sue the doctor have been cash or medicaid.
How about overdose with prescription drugs with final being Chloral hydrate and then mention the actual facts in the case -- like all these drugs in someone other than ANS's name?

It's why you need to know are you anemic, what is your liver and kidney function, etc. You live where katrina hit so there is all sorts of things that could be affecting your health and blood work is a point in time and a starting point... BUT the good liquid multi, multi min, B-12 and C is a starter. I would probably add a B-50, milk thistle to clean out your liver, but start with what i've listed first.

I equate Centrum to vitamins the same as grocery store dog food for my dogs.. A b-complex is best taken separately and in a balanced B, meaning all the important B vitamins are balanced in the same dose so it doesn't create an imbalance in another one of the B's and cause more harm than good.
He may have looked at the hard drive but did he have a computer expert look at. Someone that could retrieve deleted files. Did he contact her ISP to find out when and from where emails were sent? That could go to proving that Stern may have written some of those notes to himself. The whole case has just been bungled.

In the report from the Seminole Tribe they thanked a Forensic Computer specialist.... something is still not totally clear on these computers. I've never heard of the potential murderer's attorney telling the police what they can or can not look at on the computer.
