Don't take this wrong, I'm not a fan of Centrum. It's way too low in most ingredients for most people and the B-12 is not assimilated in the stomach because of the intrinsic factor, you need to have injection or sublingual. 100mg of vitamin C is really, really low...

I equate Centrum to vitamins the same as grocery store dog food for my dogs.. A b-complex is best taken separately and in a balanced B, meaning all the important B vitamins are balanced in the same dose so it doesn't create an imbalance in another one of the B's and cause more harm than good.
