Thread Number Two
A girl posted on his memorial site and what she wrote led me to believe (at the time) that she had been close friends with him and she said she regretted they had not see each other for a while (I forget the length of time now)...
me either...
As Mark Fuhrman said, this isn't the Quincy TV program about a medical examiner. The POLICE are supposed to do the investigation.
A cesspool of corruption is a good analagy -- they allowed an entire Island to be purchased by a Colombian Drug Kingpin to use as a distribution center for Cocaine into the USA and Europe.
Did the psychiatrist say that Chloral hydrate was used in conjunction with hypnosis?
"""I cannot believe the arrogance of this "man". """
Not arrogant - scared - he's playing every card in the deck....delay and obfuscation...never won a case in court..but has been preparing his whole life. Reading, reading, reading, planning, planning, planning - this guy has ice in his veins.
Review his treatment of ANS - it was simply not human in any way. Could you have treated a neighbor, an acquaintance, your mother-in-law the way he 'cared for' the 'love of his life' for a period of 12 years?
IMHO
"It's the Ativan, the Valium, the Klonopin and the chloral hydrate together," he said.
So, what about the person who prescribed all this stuff, Khristine Eroshevich? Schueler explains that the medical examiner's office cannot rule on things like malpractice or negligence.
"We didn't think it was a homicide," he said.
In other words, Eroshevich did not prescribe this smorgasbord of sedatives and other medicines with the intent to kill. If she did anything wrong, it would have to be taken up in other quarters.
Cipro, by the way, also has a bad interaction with another of Anna Nicole's favorite drugs: methadone. But it's Schueler's feeling that Smith had not taken any methadone for about three days before she started on Cipro. Methadone, however, was found in Smith's bile.
Here, again, we have evidence methadone was taken within three days of her death... why isn't anyone asking the question of the examiners or others if her symptoms were methadone withdrawals.
I wish someone in the Bahamas would check HKS for methadone in his system.. it's an illegal substance in the Bahamas and we could get him into jail and away from the baby if, as I suspect, he takes it.
It's more than likely that Howard looked at her as a pathetic cash cow...which is what happened. But, after 12 years, she still had gotten NOTHING additional for his efforts.
He really wasn't a winner. He was a loser. No wonder she didn't want to marry him. I think SHE was on the verge of ending the relationship with Howard and wanted to go back to Larry.
I read the connection on a site. It's an old drug and rarely used.
Thanks for the list of witnesses, Jrabbit! I was hoping to see the PI's name on the list.
I've been flipping through all the news, but I think it is down right wrong for CTV not to at least update us, in some way, even if it is just to say that HKS is getting away with having the Supreme Court extend beyond the 2pm deadline.
If they've gone back into the inquest, they could tell us that too.
No excuse for saying nothing!
Well, I hope one of them tries to come here.... ~LOL~
That is my opinion as well... I don't understand why they didn't, the "public" they are so concerned about might have taken this as a little more believable.
Hey "lady", you could've waited at least a day after it was announced that HKS had hired a PR firm to infiltrate blog sites before posting to a blog site!
Just got back from taking son to dentist. All caught up on posts. Didn't see anything about whether or not the stay was granted or not. Can anyone please give me the status of the case as of now..?
Maybe they just don't know.Wish we had a freeper there.
Thanks. But i kinds swiped it from sod. She used the line "Set my baby free!" in one of her posts and i told her since she hadn't copyrighted it, i was gonna use it.
