Nancy Grace has on the Missing Brother and Sister -- they have surveilance video of them, he's changed their looks (hair color/length) at a McDonalds in Missoula and four hours later at a Ross... I heard today this was the first time he'd been given unsupervised visitation... I hate these judges trusting these people like this...

It's probably time to regroup and review time lines, drug lists, interviews and what we absolutely "know" vs. what we have "speculated".

Did HK$ have a well planned, year long premeditated program? Or, did something just explode in his head and he improvised as the chaos unfolded?

I wondered before how much time commonly elapses between when a sociopath decides that a person or people must die and the actual death. (think Scott Peterson)

Did Daniel's visit cause HK$ to eliminate Daniel impulsively and Anna's witness status lead to a planned or deliberately negligent demise?

HK$ seemed reconciled to moving to the Bahamas, taking Dannielyn as his child, persuading Anna to marry him and keeping her supplied with drugs. Attempting to confiscate Horizons from Thompson. I cannot believe that his pre-meditation was longer than the "impulse" killing of Daniel and the improvised killing or intentional neglect of Anna's medical condition(s).

Calling Mark Fuhrman - expect we will have to wait 10 years for his book. Another good investigator/author is Ann Rule - who personally knew Ted Bundy.

I wrote about getting it out of her system so it didn't match up with Daniels "stuff" long ago but it's a good reminder.

Sorry about repeating but there are so many posts on here that I am no longer able to go back and play catch up. I just jump back in where I can.

The other night Perper or Wecht (is there a difference?) said something along the lines that ANS and Daniel's deaths were "very different" because they had different drugs in them. I told my husband that was like me being run down by a black car last week and he being run down by a blue car this week. It would be foolish to say the deaths were "very different" just because the cars had different paint jobs.

I saw Wecht on CTV today, too. That really was something. He went ballistic on Virgie and then had a complete meltdown. What a creep. I really think he was on the take with HK$ and he is very worried he will be found out. I hope he is.

My opinion is that when Pierce Marshall died on June 20, 2006 HKS decided it was the perfect time for him to take over the lawsuit 100%. He may have figured the competition was now gone or weak and ANS and Daniel would just get in his way and he'd have to split the proceeds should he win the lawsuit in CA. ANS being pregnant and leaving him the guardian of the child would make things easier and would be like icing on the cake.

Two things happened...That changed everything. One was the baby. The second thing was the Supreme Court win.

They moved to the Bahamas about a month after that.

The announcement that she was pregnant was only a day or two after the Supreme Court win.

Except, it wasn't really a win. It only gave him another possibility. Right now, I think Howard will get sh** from the Marshall estate and there are accumulated debts to be paid from her estate.

He's already taken the money...Ya think they got a Rodeo Drive at Alcatraz?? I hope they put KE in the cell right next to him.

Yes - losing control is not a good thing for a sociopath -

1. Supreme Court win - still in control- barely

2. Pregnancy by Larry -not controllable, need distance


So Larry was the first problem - successfully distanced from him.
Daniel was the second problem - unsuccessfull control.
Anna was third problem - losing control because of Daniel's death

Well - It would not surprise me. She is probably at least a friend of Janet Reno, making her a friend of HRC. But I don't have any direct info on that.

I do know we found out she joined the Clinton Justice dept as an attorney in 1994. That would be under Reno's tenure. This saga has Clinton stink all over it. Perhaps Sanchez is giving expert legal advice as to how to manipulate all these courts.....I have no idea. But according to the IHKSAM lady, Sanchez is one tough cookie and is ready to fight in criminal court for the likes of Sterntoad (now why would he need a criminal lawyer????) Interesting at the least.
