Asking Perper and Broward County Toxicologist
First question to Perper - did Howard Stern give Anna any drugs the day of her death? I never heard all his answer - but basically I think he was saying this could not be determined.
Now being asked about her hair - did not think it their responsibility to find out about earlier drug use by Anna Nicole - so no hair = did test urine, blood.
Possible that injection in left buttocks could have been done by someone other than Anna.
But the injection in rear didn't cause her death - Perper.
Virgie Arthur is mad as hell today - all because of something Sterntoadgoat did today - coming up.
Since she was so incapacitated could KE and Stern be held for kidnapping charges? Drat...all Big Moe has to say is that Anna said she wanted to go the hospital and Stern said no and that would be it for him.

The hearing was about who could claim Annas body. In the real world, that would have been Vergie or Hogan. But, the drama queen judge was having a blast playing God.
H. Killer S. wanted to control Anna in death as he did in life. He wanted to make money off the funeral. He got what he wanted.....except Vergie was allowed to attend.

I think the butt drugs were the Vitamin B12 shots so no they wouldn't kill her but of course that's where she got the abscess.

OK, here is what I wish in future against HKS:
ME's = Team: Baden and Lee
Lead Investigator = Furman
Prosecutor = Gilfoyle and Team
FBI, IRS, DEA, Medical Board, Bar Associations all get involved
Further lawsuits to come against: RR, KE, SK, SG, King Eric, Mo and Taz, Entertainment Tonight, Trimspa...sure there are many more.

Mentions a withdrawal case with temp 104-106. I think that was a part of the plan...to get her off the Meth before the chloral hydrate event.
The Coroner's report of how she felt and the last few days matches Methadone withdrawal almost to a "T".
Methadone became an issue in Daniel's death because everyone was going "Where the hell did he get it??" I think HOWARD and KE convinced Anna that it was her fault.
Maybe Anna started discussing the upcoming inquest (in October) with KE, not knowing that KE might have been involved in Daniel's death, too. And that is why THAT got delayed. Howard and KE needed a plan.

Started out talking about the Stern attorney coming in and saying - stop stop stop - and kicking out the press and going for no jury inquest. Said this is just like Stern - manipulating this court just as he has manipulated everything - especially Anna Nicole - in order to get her money.

In defense of Liz Taylor, she has suffered most her life from debilitating back pain from an injury when she made National Velvet. I suspect she does take pain killers and she does have an addictive personality, but somehow she has managed to survive...

No problemo. I don't know what the difference is between marching on a treadmill or sidewalk, but I noticed the difference. So did the guys in the service dept...they kept trying to stuff me with doughnuts :/
Why didn't team Stern report the sore rear earlier? NONE of them reported it in interviews when they told about the high fever, the flu symptoms, getting better, etc.
I think they came back with this sore rear story as an attempt to throw off the toxicologists - to confuse them. To send them on a rabbit chase. So maybe she had a bad infection from the injection sites. THAT DID NOT CAUSE HER HORRIBLE EPISODES THAT WEEK. But of course these doctors would think they did.....because they couldn't possibly think Stern would be evil enough to be putting Anna through methadone detox and all the hell that involves - the vomiting, etc.
Anyway - am getting tired - sorry for yelling. And I am mad as hell with Virgie. And I am a downer on the thread so don't post as much as I used to....but that's because we do need to stay positive - even if I am very non-positive. The only thing I know for sure is that Stern and company are guilty of murder of two people and that one day they will pay for it. Either in this life or the next.
Is she buddies with Johnny Sutton??????
