Someone on Nancy Grace earlier tonight said THE EXACT SAME THING! I was not at the computer - heard this in other part of house and didn't manage to get the guy's name....maybe I'll come to it further ahead in the posts.
But I just thought - WOOHOO - somebodye ELSE out there is on to what WE thought about YESTERDAY (could this person now have found this motherlode of a an investigative thread???? - or we finally have somebody with sense commenting on the events?)
Do you know where the wallet was found? Usually a guy would keep it in the back pocket of his pants but Daniels's pants were missing.

Okay, I am hopelessly behind on this case; if this damn party doesn't get O V E R this weekend, I'm going to be insane. This has happened at the WORST possible time in my social life -- wedding in Virgin Islands AND a wedding celebration this week.

Eric Holder was a prime Clintonista in the Justice Dept - in fact he may have graduated to be # 2 in the Clinton Justice dept under Janet Gunga Din Reno. Not 100% sure on that - but do know he was TOTALLY CLINTONOID. Are you saying he and Sanchez were pals? I read earlier that Sanchez was appointed in 1994 - which makes her a Clintonista also.
I have been seeing Clintonian hallmarks all over this case from the start.
Thay originally said it was found in his "pocket" then somewhere along the line it changed to "wallet."
I don't know - I'm very confused and put-out about the jeans and their whereabouts and whenabouts.
It seems Sterntoadgoat's attorneys (STern was not there) managed to get the Inquest re: Daniel's death under their control immediately:
- They demanded the inquest not be in front of a jury and
- They demanded that while this issue was being discussed that there be no press members there.
The teamStern won on kicking everybody out - AGAIN...and the Inquest has been delayed - just like everything else - again.
I am not sure when it will resume....and it confused me because I thought I had heard driving home that the Inquest had indeed started and jurors were being interviewed and the Judge in the case wanted to start testimony asap....but I must have misheard or whoever was reporting was not up to snuff on the latest.
Oh and Stern's attorneys have now threatened all media to talk nice about Howie from now on or they will sue.
It seems the threats are having an effect already - we see a cooling off in the rhetoric in the media....esp from TMZ guy and in others. (Some of us don't have much use for the TMZ guy anyway)
Someone also posted that the Paternity hearing on Apr 2 - the DNA test report day we thought - will not have the DNA test results reported - and will probably be mid-April before such results are revealed.
Obviously teamStern is manipulating the court system in the Bahamas as he manipulated the outrageous autopsy team led by Perper (having his own attorney Sanchez going over the computer contents WITH PERPER, for example).
Other than that - all I know is Wynona Judd has filed for divorce from her hubby due to his being arrested for being bad with a minor.
Hope others will chime in with any other vital points.

Personally, I think someone showed and he became upset...Maybe the PI because he doesn't know what he has.
It also may be Michael Scott. He was Daniel's Estate attorney and Anna's. He quit about three weeks after Danny died...On Sept 14, Scott gave what I would call an official speech...saying that Anna was so traumatized by Daniel's death, that she experienced a memory loss and Howard had to tell her again that he was dead.
Scott is also the person that said that Anna refused to sign the mortgage 4 times. He also said the marriage was totally illegal.
Scott could be a problem. But he is part of a firm and if they say: "Do what you have to"...He'll be Howard's No. 1 enemy.
So, lets wait and see.
Not to hit you with these comments. It's just that Stern has manipulated everything so far and quite well. As much as we loathe Barf - she won every one of her court efforts for Stern - and we see his attorneys again winning - now in this Inquest delay.
Finally - I don't even know who is representing Danny's interests at this inquest - in other words - the truth? Who is representing finding the truth here? Are they voiceless? Why are they letting Stern's challenges and delays go unchallenged?
Oh well - been a down sorta week so far.....and patience is very very thin. Stern has how many attorneys? Yet all Virgie and Larry B have and GBT have - have so far done NOTHING but gotten what is purported to be a legitimate (untainted by Stern) baby DNA swab. I don't think that is even legit. If Stern plastered Anna with all those drugs - he is capable of anything - to put in the mouth of that baby to taint the DNA sample. They needed to do a blood DNA test.
Oh well - you know what? OJ challenged the DNA work successfully in his trial Don't you bet Stern's attorney team will challenge the LB DNA even if it does manage to come through as being a match for LB?
Wow sorry dumped on you - forgive. This is a general dumping about this whole saga. Sad about Tony Snow. Sad about Dannielynn. Angry to the hilt about the TeamStern control of events - the media backing down, etc.

Barfy Barf DID NOT win the case with Judge Seidlin. Milstein could have easily decided to have Anna interred in Texas or California. They got what they wanted but they did not win the case.

So how can we say Barf/Stern didn't win?
Let him sue. More cause to investigate his relationship with Anna Nicole and more cause to shine the light on the corruption in the Bahamas. Remember the $10,000 check that curiously went missing? After being delivered to Gibson???
The ONLY thing Stern didn't win was banning Vergie from the funeral. So, for his "eulogy" to Anna, he trashed Vergie.
He got his blood money from ET. Controlled where the burial was. Had the gay guardian panting after him....I say he won!
40 witnesses on list but don't know if the ones in US will come - they don't have to come.
Said the Stern Attorney is involved in a murder trial (no, not Stern's.....) - that he showed up and was the one demanding the hearing not be infront of the jury.....and I imagine will be conveniently asking for more delays....
