Okay, I am hopelessly behind on this case; if this damn party doesn't get O V E R this weekend, I'm going to be insane. This has happened at the WORST possible time in my social life -- wedding in Virgin Islands AND a wedding celebration this week.
Can you give me the Cliff Notes on what happened today?

It seems Sterntoadgoat's attorneys (STern was not there) managed to get the Inquest re: Daniel's death under their control immediately:
- They demanded the inquest not be in front of a jury and
- They demanded that while this issue was being discussed that there be no press members there.
The teamStern won on kicking everybody out - AGAIN...and the Inquest has been delayed - just like everything else - again.
I am not sure when it will resume....and it confused me because I thought I had heard driving home that the Inquest had indeed started and jurors were being interviewed and the Judge in the case wanted to start testimony asap....but I must have misheard or whoever was reporting was not up to snuff on the latest.
Oh and Stern's attorneys have now threatened all media to talk nice about Howie from now on or they will sue.
It seems the threats are having an effect already - we see a cooling off in the rhetoric in the media....esp from TMZ guy and in others. (Some of us don't have much use for the TMZ guy anyway)
Someone also posted that the Paternity hearing on Apr 2 - the DNA test report day we thought - will not have the DNA test results reported - and will probably be mid-April before such results are revealed.
Obviously teamStern is manipulating the court system in the Bahamas as he manipulated the outrageous autopsy team led by Perper (having his own attorney Sanchez going over the computer contents WITH PERPER, for example).
Other than that - all I know is Wynona Judd has filed for divorce from her hubby due to his being arrested for being bad with a minor.
Hope others will chime in with any other vital points.

Personally, I think someone showed and he became upset...Maybe the PI because he doesn't know what he has.
It also may be Michael Scott. He was Daniel's Estate attorney and Anna's. He quit about three weeks after Danny died...On Sept 14, Scott gave what I would call an official speech...saying that Anna was so traumatized by Daniel's death, that she experienced a memory loss and Howard had to tell her again that he was dead.
Scott is also the person that said that Anna refused to sign the mortgage 4 times. He also said the marriage was totally illegal.
Scott could be a problem. But he is part of a firm and if they say: "Do what you have to"...He'll be Howard's No. 1 enemy.
The inquest started and stopped today, I caught five minutes of Baden with Greta.... they are suspicious and were going over the notes for the inquest, very interesting if you can catch rerun later...
