Thread Number Two
' This makes Tiger look very bad (laughing stock comes to mind), reminds me of Moose. Any chance the FBI will take over?"
A detective was on tv the first night and he expressed doubt that the Seminole Nation was going to conduct a thorough and professional investigation.
Too inexperienced, plus, they had to cover for the casino.
He then detailed that the Seminole Nation has their own laws, answers to their tribal leaders first and if they feel a crime has been committed-they can call in the FBI.
I think the FBI has to be asked to come in.
They are exempt from the Freedom of Information Act-so, they are under no obligation to make public anything they don't want to-like phone records, surveillance tapes, etc.
It's one big Hard Rock black hole.
What happens in the Hard Rock, stays at the Hard Rock.
I do too...
Poor Tony has gone through so much stress, thanks to the media...
I hope CTV keeps this up...they are totally wailing on HKS!! And they did a fantastic job grilling Sanchez on both Daniel and Anna's deaths!
That was an early video interview (the first I think) right at the dock where the boat was. The interviewer was standing on the dock and the "dock man" (forgot who) described the scene. "Howard rushed to his car which was about 40 feet away and drove to the hotel (5 miles away) and arrived at the hotel about 20 minutes later."
Damn....
Where was the cancer they did surgery on?
I think the Bahamians want DL and Stern to stay there. And they don't care (IMO) who the DNA dad is.
mark
One reporter was asked how Larry was and said he lost like 20 pounds and is tired and weak.
--
I'm sure, it's very hard on Larry, and especially Mrs. Arthur, to be required to stay in the bahamas longterm.
They are far away from their families and familiar surroundings, dealing with legal matters that could have been avoided, had Stern been more focused on the civil rights of Dannilynn, instead of his own selfish motives.
Hard Rock, the Bahamas. Stern did his homework to avoid legal consequences.
"...but I predict Sanchez will be off this case sooner rather than later."
I agree...It might not bode well for Sanchez, after bragging on how much HKS loved Anna, stated that "HKS was Anna Nicole's number ONE caretaker".
Not exactly a good reference when it comes to custody!!
Virgie was good enough for Danny....It's one hell of a "Credential" for Dannie Lynn and her other kids are good people, too. Virgie would get Dannie Lynn "out of the crowd"...and Larry is part of that crowd...no matter how you cut it.
I do think Larry loved Anna....but she was just a weakened mess and he couldn't turn her around because Howard had too much power.
""""I think the Bahamians want DL and Stern to stay there. And they don't care (IMO) who the DNA dad is.""""
Maybe when he is a homeless derelict (Go Pro Pinder!!) they will feel differently. Especially if the Thompsons follow through on their promise to let Virgie and/or Larry stay in Horizons with the baby.
Before anyone can take DL out of the Bahamas, she has to be registered with the US Embassy as a US citizen for a passport etc.,
What was that?
Nice pic!
Hi Saca
""""""I do think Larry loved Anna....""""
That might not be enough for the decision makers - he has a better chance for access to and involvement with DL, if Virgie gets custody.
However, Larry's positive paternity test will wrest control from Stern.
So, the combined weight of Virgie (blood kin to mother) and Larry (biological father) will outweigh Stern's claim to custody (squatting freeloader, drug pusher, jobless, dead beat dad)
She refused to go to the hospital because they would have seen the track marks all over her butt and she would have had some things to answer too....they and ANS have to blame someone. People always have to have someone to blame. The only way to get rid of those nasty calcified cysts would seem like they would have to have been lanced in her butt. I am amazed that they weren't oozing on her clothing.
--No flushing of any evidence "once back at the house"
so far, Shelley has not perjured himself; so far, Stern has on several occassions - i'd believe Shelley and the maid Quethlie over Stern
---One found in his hand
how 'convenient' (said sarcastically)
---old bottle of Meth had been and forgotten about for over 6 months. Since Aug 26 not pills but liquid
I thought Stern said NO methadone 5 months???
----What about Howard? Simply wants to get this over with
oh, i BETTT (also said sarcastically)
---The child Daniel loved like a brother. [yeah right]
a brother? what an odd thing to say considering Stern's age ..not 'like a father' 'like a son'..a 'brother' ???
--My client has always been the number one caretaker
yup, we've all seen what a FINE job he's done, too
--Let's ask Shelley to give us everything he stole form the house. Turn it over
rofl - you're sitting on Shelley's couch! the house furnishings belong to shelley fcol - where is anna's jewelry, Stern?
--he is the father, his name is on birth certificate.
well, then I suggest every pregnant woman in the bahamas put down Sterns name and then sue for child support ! the child is a u.s. citizen that has the civil right to know who her father is, and to be entitled to have a relationship with that father; to prevent that, is a violation of the childs' civil rights. where's the aclu?
--She put somebody on the bc she's known for over 10 years
name one, U.S. court, that argument, will hold water in...just one....I dare ya Child is a U.S. citizen and her civil rights are being violated by Stern - plain and simple
OFF TOPIC: White House Spokesman, Tony Snow, diagnosed with cancer. God Bless him.
