Mark Fuhrmann caught this yesterday.He also said that they seemed to be making things up as they went along.

Yeah, like Lilly Ann Sanchez last night on Larry King stating that HKS checked in on ANS around noonish the day she died.

SANCHEZ: But Howard, on that morning, he -- he was up with Anna, he helped Anna to the bathroom. She came back into the bed. She was feeling much better than she was before. She was alert. They conversed. She decided to go back to sleep.

He checked on her before he left at about noon. He wasn't the only one that was with her. King Eric and his wife were with him. They decided not to wake her at that point. And he went on to do exactly what she had requested -- to go get the boat ready so that they could go back to the Bahamas

And the tatts, did anyone ever figure out why the 2 new tatts(daniel and her and dannielynn) didnt show up on the autopsy report? There are a few articles that say she got inked and there were some pics? The tatts were sorta large and not very well done..

IIRC, a reporter asked Sanchez about the phone records yesterday...of course she said that she didn't think they would be for public dissemination. I wonder if someone in the media can sue for their release?

Scott Peterson's records weren't released to the public until much later...Sanchez is providing an ILLUSION that they can't be obtained but that's not what she said.

anna was probably dead when Howard left. He probably told them not to disturb her becasue she as sleeping, said he was gonna run dn to the boat and be back shortly. This way he can come back and find her dead and blame the nurse. Too bad the boat guy's wife checked on her

As I said at the very beginning, the Seminoles don't want to discourage celebs from coming the the hotel, or to be seen as giving addicts and their handlers a "hard" time.

I'll bet they looked at the case from the beginning as just another drugged out bimbo celeb doing something stupid, and thought it would be close to impossible to pin an overdose on prescription drugs on someone, to much trouble and publicity.

The authorities viewed her as less than human because everyone around her viewed her as less than human.

Stern and company viewed her first and foremost as their meal ticket, which is why they refused to take her to the hospital to forgo the bad publicity that an overdose would generate. (not to mention the impact on the custody battle)

Its sickening that the report by the ME and the police mirror exactly, to the tee, the script of Anna/Stern's PR machine.

I had no more than a passing knowledge of who Anna Nicole was, but her younger pictures are absolutely beautiful. During her association with her 'partner' seems to be the period of time when her public appearances became a caricature of a drag queen.

Yesterday, Stern and his lawyers washed their hands of any responsibility and shifted blame to photographers who would follow Smith.

"She did not want the media frenzy that follows her . . . She refused to go to the hospital because she wanted to avoid media," lawyer Sanchez said.

I'm back!

Kitty report: He spent 6 days at the vet and has a clean bill of health. Vet can't say why kitty was drinking all that water, except to say he must have eaten something that didn't agree with him "outside". SO I thank everyone for their loving concern..this place is full of nice people :)

I was deprived of news on my trip, but heard Dr. Perper last night on the autopsy.

Dr. Perper has to be the most naive medical examiner on the face of this plantet.

No one is responsible for her death? BS!

My Guess:
Methadone is illegal in the Bahamas and, apparently, he's been the one picking it up.

His testimony at the 'body possession' hearing was that ANS had not taken methadone in 'about five months', which is the bulk of the period of time he had been in the Bahamas

Maybe seeing how prosecutors such as Mike Nifong and Johnny Sutton got away (so far) with the most outlandish acts, gave Dr. Perper the nerve to make his outlandish claim. I am reminded of OJ.
