Thread Number Two
LMAO!
I didn't hear any mention of cameras in the courtroom just that a lot of seats had been set aside for the media. It will be sort of like a "trial" with the magistrate presiding (he's also a coroner) and anyone who is an important witness will likely have an attorney with them who could ask questions of anybody. The magistrate will be able to ask questions too. I hope it doesn't turn into a circus like the one Sideshow Larry put on. But i doubt it. Seems like the Bahamians are very serious about this and i don't think lawyers will just be allowed to jump up and make statemnts whenever they feel like it.
Good! I wrote O'Reilly too. Anna aside, this is a fascinating case in SOOO many moral, ethical, and legal ways. If it were anyone other then ANS, then maybe they might be outraged that someone may get away with double murder and the hostage taking of an American baby to a foreign country.
"""We have given the investigators so many questions to answer. So much data to work with. Didn't anyone look into any of the points we brought out here?"""
We should have sent the thoroughly researched time lines, characters and lists to Greta, Nancy Grace and others in the media...especially Mark Fuhrman.
Maybe some of "our leading researchers" did - Anyone???
I don't recall seeing that. Altho i only read the short report. Not the addendums about the scene in the room, scene at the hosp, etc.
Exactly!
considering again, the brownish liquid in the jar...pehaps it was used to mix the CH with something that would mask the taste, like alcohol.
Also, if she was unable to drink the mixture, I also found that there IS a way to inject CH. It's possible that BOTH were given/done to her and even at a toxic level, she died with only small traces found in the bile.
Perper made the excuse that because not all of the CH was used, it would not be suicide, fine, but they wouldn't have had to use the entire amount to cause her death.
Going back to bed. Will come back later. See ya'll then.
Thanks! Hopefully, there will be someone from the media inside who will blackberry someone else on the outside, updating as it goes along! CTV usually does this, but their coverage will be intermittent if they are going to proceed with coverage of that other trial. Maybe MSNBC?
10:00 A.M. Monday: ANS had a dance lesson for a video
07:30 P.M. ANS arrives at HardRock
timeline between 11-ish and 7:30 checkin? I haven't heard this discussed by any source yet - anyone?
My problem is Perper saying this was an "accidental" overdose because that is IMPOSSIBLE for him to know. He can say "medically", that she died from an "overdose", yes. The word "accidental" is ONLY an opinion.
Naw...We're all leaving and will be back about noon. We were depending on YOU!!!!
From the Smoking gun link - Perper said she had possible commissioned a funeral dress. What about the darn wedding that was supposed to be taking place and the supposed wedding dress? Guess HKS told them the wedding dress was a funeral dress. How is the he!! Perper can take the word of someone who was, in public opinion, an abuser is beyond me.
Absolutely.
Seminole/Broward authorities are not only dumb, but lazy and cheap. They probably reasoned that any thorough investigation and prosecution would take money and effort...two foreign concepts. They probably spent their 5 year budget on persecuting Rush Limbaugh.
Can only hope that the FBI office in that jurisdiction is on red alert for all the reasons described here repeatedly.
I think if you pulled their phone records, you'd find numerous calls not just two.
Was the desk with the computer on t mentioned in the report of the room? I read the initial "scene" report. Was it in there??
he says he was told she had slept badly the night before.
--
Stern told Perper that Anna had had a 'rough night'...Stern was aware that Anna had been very ill with 105 temp on Monday..that Anna appeared better, but then, worsened, had a 'rough night'
What would a rational adult do?
a) give Anna sleeping medication, take a shower and leave?
b) recognize that whatever had been done up to that point was not working, that Anna's condition was worsening, and that it was time to get Anna outside medical assistance?
