Someone on NG said that there is no "Good Samaritan" law and that nobody had any obligation to do anything for her.
At that time Anna Nicole Smith was awake. She didn't complain of any kind of particular pain, but said that she was very weak, and she asked for his help to the bathroom, which he did. And on the way back she went back to bed and to sleep. Mr. Stern related that he took a shower and left, and saw something in the interim, but basically never checked on her again.

Wouldn't you think they would have identified it if it could have been chloral hydrate? Kind of a huge omission. But, with this bunch, who knows?
Thanks for reminding me. Anyone have that picture? When I look at it I get the impression that he is doping her. There is something in the way he is watching her as she sips that drink...

Am with you on that - view the events to take place in the Bahamas as even worse than those that happened in our own USA.
So far we have 2 officials in the Bahamas who seem to be non-corrupt: Linda Virgil - the original person in the Coroners office who called Daniel's death suspicious. (Where is she now? Probably been sent off to do work in a dark dingy prison somewhere....
and Pro Pinder - the attorney for G. Ben Thompson.
Other than those people - and a few of the writers in the papers there - have zero hope that anything in the Bahamas will turn out well - including the paternity resolution.
Does that mean I'll stop coming here? Not yet. But it does mean I am gonna pray more and comment less....I hope.
Oops, sorry about that. I havent been paying much attention to the case, really. All I know is whenever I see HSK, I'm reminded of the expression "some people need killin'"....
Agreed. I used to take valium years ago when I couldn't sleep but more recently I use Xanax which is in the same family of anti-anxiety meds. My family doctor is so hinky about prescribing Xanax that he will only give me a Px for 30 pills at a time with NO refills and I pretty much have to beg for that. I can't believe all the stuff ANS got apparently without any problem.

Bobby Trendy is on TV Guide talk show and is talking with more sense than ANYONE I HAVE SEEN ON THAT INVESTIGATION.
He is right on with the facts, talking about "She had a nurse, a paramedic... why did she die, aren't they responsible?" And the guy said, "She was already dead when they 'got there" and he said "What about the days before???"
What a sad sad day when Bobby Trendy shows more freaking intellegence than a Medical Examiner and Police Chief.
And his outfit was FABULOUSSSSSS!
Well, just dang. He should have known what happened to Anna weeks ago...seems like his attorney pretty much wrote Perper's report.
