Correction..lol...Howard's NOT SO 'new' CRIMINAL attorney. We were all under the impression that she was 'new', but when and why did HKS hire her....because for how many weeks now she was helping Perper out with the investigation...she even said she sat down with Perper and helped him go though all of the emails!!
Anna Nicole Smith Autopsy: Abused Growth Hormone, Killed by Sleeping Aid.

A statement by the medical examiner also indicates that Anna Nicole Smith appears to have abused Human Growth Hormone, together with Vitamin B12. HGH is often abused by bodybuilders to increase muscle mass, and is also illegally prescribed together with B12 and other vitamins and hormones, in an attempt to stop aging.
Drug that killed Smith:
Chloral Hydrate (Noctec). This drug is used as a sleeping agent, and most of the time only prescribed if the person can not take benzodiazepines.
Other drugs contributing to death:
1. Diphenhydramine (Bendaryl), used to control allergic reactions.
2. Clonazepam (Klonopin), a benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety and panic attacks.
3. Diazepam (Valium), a benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety and alcohol withdrawal.
a. Nordiazepam (metabolite). Diazepam is metabolized to nordiazepam which is an active metabolite.
b. Temazepam (metabolite). This is a minor active metabolite of diazepam.
c. Oxazepam (metabolite?). This agent was not described as metabolite in report, but it should be noted that diazepam breaks down into oxazepam.
4. Lorazepam, a benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety.
Additional drugs not contributing to death:
8. Atropine, used to temporarily increase heart rate or as an antidote for inadvertent overdose of cholinergic drugs. Likely to have been used during resucitation attempt.
7. Topiramate (Topamaz), used to stop migraines.
8. Ciprofloxacin (Cipro), used to treat a variety of bacterial infections.
9. Acetaminophen (Tylenol), used to control mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever.
During the course of the autopsy, filed under Smith's given name of Vickie Lynn Marshall, doctors found evidence that Smith had an abscess in her left buttock that had been perforated by a needle, probably when she took injections of either the growth hormone or vitamin B-12, the medical examiner explained. The perforation allowed bacteria to get into Smith's blood, which caused a high fever in the days before her death.

Sources say Big Moe told the cops Anna was on "heavy doses" of prescription drugs that day, including flu medicine and antibiotics. Sources say Moe also told cops that in the months leading up to Smith's death, Howard K. Stern gave her "some types of drugs," though he didn't specifically know which. As he put it, "Anna was in a cloud." And there's this: Although Moe has not told cops about this, he privately says that Howard K. Stern had certain patterns of conduct when it came to Anna Nicole, and that pattern changed the day she died. We're told it has to do with how Howard would constantly check up on Anna, but he went MIA during the critical time before her death, and Moe says that was "highly strange."
Yes...when she said that, I figured out that she found the emails for him that she wanted to find, and he believed her. I can see her skipping over anything that would incriminate HKS and crew.

If this is how our criminal/legal system works, we should all be very afraid.
Better get a law degree or a medical degree if you want to kill someone...that's the ticket.
Or, influencing the interpretation of anything that might be questionable.
I re-read Perper's presser this morning. He based much of his decision to call this ACCIDENTAL on exactly what he was told by HKS and KE. He was even pursuaded to believe that Anna was suddenly no longer depressed or suicidal....which would play much more favorable in his attempt for custody.
I have also just heard that we will probably NOT learn of the results of the DNA on April 3rd if HKS challenges the taking of it between now and then.
Have we ever found out if there is any truth in the seven life insurance policies that HKS has on her? Now that it's deemed an "accident".....

From Perper's Presser....I capped most of what I find Perper may have attributed to his interviews with HKS and KE and others. What we needed in the US was an INQUEST, just like is scheduled in the Bahamas. This so-called 'investigation' was a sham...especially now that Sanchez has admitted assisting with it.
"In the early afternoon, she flew to United States in the company of Howard K. Stern, her partner, and Dr. Christine Jurosevic, her psychiatrist friend. DURING THE FLIGHT SHE WAS VERY HAPPY AND OUTSTANDING GENERAL SPIRITS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FACT THAT SHE COMPLAINED THAT SHE HAD A PAIN IN HER BUTTOCKS, AND SHE INTENDED TO SEE A DOCTOR. AND WHEN ARRIVING IN THE LIMO, AFTER ARRIVING TO FT. LAUDERDALE, SHE COMPLAINED OF SIMILAR PAIN, BUT IN ADDITION TO THAT SHE FELT VERY COLD, SHE HAD CHILLS. AND WHEN SHE ARRIVED TO THE HOTEL AT ABOUT 7:30 P.M., IT WAS FOUND THAT HER TEMPERATURE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH, WAS 105-DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. SHE WAS ASKED BY HER FRIENDS TO GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM, TO A HOSPITAL, CALL 911, AND SHE FIRMLY REFUSED.
SO THEN THE PSYCHIATRIST FRIEND PRESCRIBED AND GAVE HER TAMIFLU, A MEDICATION FOR FLU, AN ANTIBIOTIC, WHICH IS CALLED NEOSPORIN, ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY, CIPRO, OR CIPROFLAXIN, PLENTY OF FLUID, AND SHE WAS PLACED IN AN ICE TUB, AND HER TEMPERATURE AFTER THAT DROPPED TO ABOUT 97 DEGREES. SO SHE FELT BETTER. SHE WAS GIVEN CHLOROHYDRATE, WHICH IS A SLEEPING MEDICATION, WENT TO SLEEP UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING.
Now, I'm not going to go through the detailed timeline of the next day. You'll find out that in the additional material which is submitted to you.
HOWEVER, HER TEMPERATURE NEVER WENT AGAIN ABOVE 100. AND EXCEPT FOR SOME OCCASIONALLY -- AN EPISODE OF VOMITING SHE FELT RELATIVELY WELL, EXCEPT FOR FEELING VERY WEAK. AND BASICALLY WATCHED TV DURING THOSE DAYS.
THE NEXT DAY, TUESDAY, WAS A MORE DIFFICULT DAY, BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T EAT ANYTHING, AND SHE HAD ONLY FLUIDS. BUT ON WEDNESDAY SHE ALREADY FELT WELL ENOUGH THAT SHE HAD BOTH BREAKFAST AND DINNER. AND AGAIN WATCHED TV AND BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP TOOK, AGAIN, THIS CHLOROHYDRATE MEDICATION.
NOW, IN THE NEXT DAY, ON THE LAST DAY OF HER LIFE, WHICH WAS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY THE 8TH, HER COMPANION, MR. STERN, RELATED TO US THAT SHE WOKE UP IN THE MORNING ABOUT 10:00 IN THE MORNING.
AT THAT TIME ANNA NICOLE SMITH WAS AWAKE. SHE DIDN'T COMPLAIN OF ANY KIND OF PARTICULAR PAIN, BUT SAID THAT SHE WAS VERY WEAK, AND SHE ASKED FOR HIS HELP TO THE BATHROOM, WHICH HE DID. AND ON THE WAY BACK SHE WENT BACK TO BED AND TO SLEEP. MR. STERN RELATED THAT HE TOOK A SHOWER AND LEFT, AND SAW SOMETHING IN THE INTERIM, BUT BASICALLY NEVER CHECKED ON HER AGAIN. AND SHE WAS STILL WATCHED BY THE WIFE OF A GENTLEMAN, WHO WAS A FRIEND, AND ALSO FIREFIGHTER, AND A BODYBUILDER AND A BODYGUARD, UNTIL ABOUT 1:30 P.M. AND AT 1:30 P.M. THEY FOUND OUT THAT SHE WAS NOT RESPONSIVE, AND BASICALLY SHE WAS DEAD."
Fuhrman is on FOX...just tuned in and he was already talking. He is pretty mad about everyone watching her die and allowing someone with 105F fever make decisions. Also...he is not confident that Seminole PD did a good job getting statements and finding out what happened.
Now about Daniel...wants to know where they stopped in Bahamas because he didn't have methadone when he arrived there. Asking about Anna...."this is all your fault" to HKS. The same person who was present at her death.
Again... if someone is running such a fever that you have to soak them in tub...they are not capable to make decisions.
Q: Do we know whether or not Daniel was ever prescribed Methadone or is SOMEONE going to be held responsible for giving it to him...or will they blame the only person who's dead.
