I re-read Perper's presser this morning. He based much of his decision to call this ACCIDENTAL on exactly what he was told by HKS and KE. He was even pursuaded to believe that Anna was suddenly no longer depressed or suicidal....which would play much more favorable in his attempt for custody.
I have also just heard that we will probably NOT learn of the results of the DNA on April 3rd if HKS challenges the taking of it between now and then.
A ruling of accidental death, rather than suicide, just might be more favorable to HKS, if there were multiple life insurance policies on Anna.
Even though we've heard denials from Stern concerning life insurance, Virgie's attorney heard there were 7 policies, but who knows. Knowing Stern, if he could hide them, he did....the little worm.
