Thread Number Two
He did say, based on HKS's info....that HKS was in Anna's room at about 10am and helped her go to the bathroom and then, back to bed. So, I guess that would put the window, according to HKS...at her death occuring sometime between, say 10:30am and shortly after 1pm.
Wouldn't you love to know what else HKS helped Anna with at 10am???
Maybe that's why Perper kept saying there could still be criminal culpability!
Can't wait to hear from you!
Hmmmm.... so I wonder if Daniel's bile was ever tested for CH?
"Wouldn't you love to know what else HKS helped Anna with at 10am???"
IMO, he helped her with a permanent 'trip'.
That means, right after Moe stuck his head in the door and saw Anna moving around, (but she didn't say anything), she had to go to the john.
"Maybe that's why Perper kept saying there could still be criminal culpability!"
I didn't hear that!! (can barely understand him)
OMG that sounds brutal. Interesting how nobody in the inner circle mentioned this withdrawal.
I'm stuck on this - you can't just go off methadone
--
" Because methadone is very long-acting, withdrawal from methadone does last much longer than withdrawal from short-acting opioids. Therefore, a person who has experienced "cold turkey" withdrawal separately from heroin and methadone might say that "kicking" methadone was worse-because it lasted longer.
However, gradual withdrawal from methadone, when properly done under medical supervision, can be virtually free of discomfort. On the other hand, patients who try to withdraw from methadone by themselves, on their own time and dose schedule, almost always experience undue discomfort...
certain painkillers---such as, Buprenex®, Nubain®, Stadol®, Talacen®, Talwin®--block the effects of methadone and could bring on uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms. Also, Darvon® and Demerol®are not recommended because harmfully high doses may be needed for effective pain relief in a methadone-maintain person.

The thing that is worrisome is that The Seminole Cops say there is no evidence to support that Annas death was a crime. Case closed they said, right?
Perper said she had had 'some' methodone about 3 days prior to her death....is it possible that the script for Chloral Hydrate was keeping her asleep and masking any withdrawl symptoms?
Tiger said case closed. Those words.
They did say "case closed". However, when Tiger was asked something like, "so, HKS is not charged with murder?"...he said, "No, not at this time".
So, maybe we can hold to the fact that for Seminole PD, the case is closed and out of their hands, but the door for criminal charges, possibly facilitated by the FBI, is still open?
If those words, ...not at this time... were said about murder charges being filed against me, I wouldn't feel extremely comforted.
If not those words, cuz i can't remember exactly now, it seems like it was days ago, but that was the gist of it. Nothing to see here folks. Move on.
It sounded to me like both Perper and Seminole left the door open.
