We knew this much about her -but nothing else. We are stumped about how, why and when she became involved with Stern and/or Anna.

Who did she know/treat first? That might be important to know. Where was her loyalty and what was her motive for being SUCH A LOUSY MEDICAL CARE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!?????????

The best explanations are that KE was Howard's therapist or a family friend. I wondered if she could have consulted Howard on a legal matter, but then apparently Howard Stern never had much of a practice.

KE and HKS between them could have done quite a number on ANS.

I was quite surprised to find out that KE actually lived with Anna and Howard in the Bahamas from the time Danny died until THE DAY BEFORE ANNA DIED....when KE flew to California.

Funny, she flew to California before Danny LEFT California and right now, it appears that she talked to him before he left...and left us with the "ILLUSION" that he had an upset stomach. I'm gonna guess that he had an upset stomach by the time he got there...and Howard offered "food" as the solution, that KE had already spiked "something" and Howard would give him the next dose.

I agree 100%. In the ANS world men were objects to be used for whatever can be gleaned financially or otherwise and women were what she craved sexually.

Dr KE fit her "profile" of what she liked in a female sex partner. That wasn't lost on HKS who was trying to divert her from her interest in LB who was a huge threat to his security and control. The bonus was that Dr KE could provide much needed narcotics to keep ANS under control and compliant.

The unemployed Dr. KE who apparently had no practice and a husband who didn't object to her disappearing out of his life was surely being compensated for being ANS's fulltime psychiatrist.

So... we have a lawyer sleeping with the client and the Dr. sleeping with the client. And ANS sleeping with the Bahamian prime minister to get the fast track residency and sleeping with BT to get housing.

Isn't that what sex is for?

Ok, done cooking and other chores.

This is the recipe for the dish that called for saffron.

It turned out great, saffron and all.

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), 4 turns of the pan 
1/2 pound chorizo, casings removed and cut into bite-size dice
3/4 pound chicken cutlets or tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces 
1 fresh bay leaf
4-5 sprigs fresh thyme 
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 
4 cloves garlic, grated or chopped 
2 Piquillo peppers or 1 roasted red pepper, chopped 
1 teaspoon turmeric, (eyeball it in your palm)
1 envelope saffron powder or a pinch of threads 
Salt and pepper
2 cups chicken stock  
2 cups couscous
1 cup frozen green peas
Zest of 1 lemon
A generous handful of flat-leaf parsley, chopped

preparation

Heat EVOO over medium-high heat in a deep skillet – make sure to choose a pan with a tight-fitting lid. Add the chorizo, cook for 1 minute to render some of its fat, then add the chicken, bay leaf, thyme and onions.

Cook for 2 minutes to start softening the onions, then add shrimp, red pepper flakes, garlic, Piquillo or red peppers, turmeric and saffron, and cook until shrimp are just about cooked through, about 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper then add stock.

Bring stock to a boil, about 1 minute, stir in couscous, peas and lemon zest. Cover and turn off heat. Let stand 5 minutes then fluff with fork. Remove bay and thyme stems, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Yields 4 servings

On that Christmas tape, old man Marshall specifically mentioned the ranch as one of the things Anna should have, yet the son refused to give her the title to it. If I was in her shoes, I'd be more than a bit pissed. (can I say that?)

On the other hand, my brother as an heiress friend. She lives in a lovely mansion in Ct and has oodles of money --- but it all comes from a trust. She has no control over the fortune and she is the sole survivor. She receives an allowance from the trust. She can't sell the mansion, but the trust can, with proceeds of the sale going back into the trust. I assume the trust would purchase another house for her if that situation every arises.

Maybe that - a trust fund - was what the son was offering, but I doubt it if he also cut off her monthly allowance.

Who had the tape and why wasn't it allowed to be played in court?
