"...Officials in the Bahamas are investigating an allegation that a company called ANS Interactive forged signatures on checks written in the Bahamas and with cash winding up in Santa Monica, Calif., Debra Opri, the attorney for Larry Birkhead, revealed ..."

Opri has been turning up the heat on Stern and his posse pretty consistently since last October...most of the info coming out now, was most likely uncovered some time ago and held until the appropriate time..I'd bet TeamStern is feeling pretty warm about now....

These lawsuits makes me believe even more than before that ANS has gastric bypass surgery. They must KNOW that Trimspa wasn't the reason behind her weightloss and Trimspa will settle out of court to keep that from being revealed.

Two diaries written by Anna Nicole Smith have sold on online auction site eBay for more than $500 000 (R3,6-million) to a German man planning to use them as the basis of a book, according to the memorabilia house that sold them.
Jeff Woolf, co-partner and auction director at Universal Rarities in Corona, California, said the diaries, from 1992 and 1994, were found a few years ago by a man cleaning out a house in Los Angeles where Smith stayed during a filming project.
In the 1992 diary, which has the words "I follow my own star" on the cover, Woolf said Smith confesses: "I hate for men to want sex all the time. I hate sex." This diary sold for about $285 000.

In the second diary Smith writes about the illness of her billionaire husband Howard Marshall, who died in 1995 at the age of 90, with a religious awakening with lots of references to Jesus. This sold for about $230 000.

"The gentleman who bought them required to be anonymous but I can tell you he is from Germany and has the intention of making a book out of them and doing some things in the publishing world."

The buyer wished to remain anonymous, but planned to sell the information to various media outlets, then resell the diaries by the end of the year.

Her 1992 diary consists of 26 entries from January to August while the 1994 one contains about 30 pages from January to July, Riccio said. The entries show a moody and complicated woman, Riccio said.

Among the entries was Smith discussing her husband, elderly Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, whom she married in 1994 and who died the next year.

"It was a okay day," she wrote of June 11, 1992. "I had lunch with Howard. Someone ran over my cat yesterday. I was real sad."

ONCE AGAIN, WE HAVE Howard ALONE near a dock.

Remember, one death is in the Bahamas and one is in Florida. DOCK becomes a keyword in both deaths. TIME is a keyword.

Howard rarely refers to REAL TIME in has testimony or KE does the same thing in all her little "scenes".

The other male, therefore, was in the room at 11-ish, and stayed until about 2:00-ish in the am)

(note: Dan never approached the nursing station to complain he was not feeling well while Stern was out of the room - at 6:30 approximately, he was observed awake, assisting his mother, and, most likely, was wearing his PANTS)

(note: Stern claimed that after Dan said 'i'm so tired' he did nothing - he (Stern) went to sleep in the bed and alleges he did not wake until approximately 9:30am when Anna woke him with her screams)

Questions to be answered:
1. who, was 'he' ?
2. where did Stern go between 2-ish and 'after 4am' in the morning?
3. was Dan wearing his pants when he was found on Anna's bed?
4. did Dan lay down next to Anna after he assisted her, or was he lifted (scratches both buttocks one shoulder) onto the bed from the chair so that Anna would wake up next to his body?
5. when were the pants were removed?
6. did the police allow Stern to remove the jeans from the room or was he able to pick the clothing up from the ME before he returned to the house?
7. if he picked the clothing up from the ME, why didn't the ME go thru the pockets?
8. any survellience cameras on the outside of buildings that could have caught the direction his vehicle traveled?
9. what other items were purchased from the mini-mart besides the food? otc cold medications? otc sedatives? (3 otc items found in Dan's system)
10. why did Stern lie to Larry King on national Television?

You have to read through a whole lot of ANS coverage to catch what many of the more recent stories have done. They researched old ANS articles (maybe) and anywhere it just said "her lawyer" or "her attorney" they put in Stern's name, not taking into consideration that she has had many other attorneys.

The current media does it all the time with the Marshall cases.

So, I always go back and try to find the original story, if possible, then to the law files, if I have to.

Luckily, the NY Mag story was still around from 1994 when I was tracking down all the attorneys' names for the Case Name List. Freydl had been her lawyer in the Cerrato case, which she lost to the tune of $850,000.

HKS left the first time for the mini-mart food more like 1:00, 1:15, 1:30 AM - in that range.

The nurse said he asked about a restaurant "sometime after 2" "despite having gotten food an hour earlier".

Aside - I have been tickled each time they talked about ANS having chicken strips or KFC fried chicken, as on her "commitmentmoon" - altho I don't know for sure that she herself ate any of it.

I just wonder what her PETA friends think of an avowed vegetarian talking about eating chicken.
