so stern left twice..sometime around 1am ("an hour earlier than "sometime after 2") and again 'sometime after 2' until 4am

(note: Stern is on record saying he had picked Dan up at the airport at 10:30pm. That would put him in the room about 11-ish when a "...he..." was in the room. and, 'after' "...HE..." left,(after 2am) Stern left. The other male, therefore, was in the room at 11-ish, and stayed until about 2:00-ish in the am)
(Note: who was this "he" ? why hasnt' that person come forward to tell what they know about that night?)

1) after Howard returned the first time with food (2:30-3-ish), or, 2) after Howard returned after 4am, apparently emptyhanded, and after Dan had eaten).
(note: The pictures of Dan and his mother and baby, were most likely taken, sometime between 11:30pm (time to get baby from nursery) and 2pm when Howard left the first time. The pictures show an alert and happy son with his beaming mother.)
(note: Dan never approached the nursing station to complain he was not feeling well while Stern was out of the room - at 6:30 approximately, he was observed awake, assisting his mother, and, most likely, was wearing his PANTS)
(note: Stern claimed that after Dan said 'i'm so tired' he did nothing - he (Stern) went to sleep in the bed and alleges he did not wake until approximately 9:30am when Anna woke him with her screams)
Questions to be answered:
1. who, was 'he' ?
2. where did Stern go between 2-ish and 'after 4am' in the morning?
3. was Dan wearing his pants when he was found on Anna's bed?
4. did Dan lay down next to Anna after he assisted her, or was he lifted (scratches both buttocks one shoulder) onto the bed from the chair so that Anna would wake up next to his body?
5. when were the pants were removed?
6. did the police allow Stern to remove the jeans from the room or was he able to pick the clothing up from the ME before he returned to the house?
7. if he picked the clothing up from the ME, why didn't the ME go thru the pockets?
8. any survellience cameras on the outside of buildings that could have caught the direction his vehicle traveled?
9. what other items were purchased from the mini-mart besides the food? otc cold medications? otc sedatives? (3 otc items found in Dan's system)
10. why did Stern lie to Larry King on national Television?
