As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
On a vote of 246 to 182, mostly along party lines, the House indicated it should be National policy to shame the troops and support defeat in the current war.
Interestingly, the DemoncRATS say they don't want to repeat the finale of the Vietnam War where they pulled the rug out from under the Saigon regime, and forever became known as the party of peace at any cost. Nevertheless, that is exactly the strategy they are pursuing.
Today, the Senate will likely tell the world "wait long enough, America will leave," placing our troops in Baghdad and Iraq in even more peril.
Of course, the DemoncRATS have an answer for that--they want the President to bring the troops home. In other words, while they want an American defeat, they want it at the hands of the Republican President--to wash themselves of the Vietnam debacle.
Oh, how the ghosts of the past haunt the present.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Oh - this is roadrunner?
Hmmm....
Jefferson is good at hiding things so he may help find hidden enemy cells.
Even if we have brave American citizens outraged by the democRATS behavior, the presstitutes will not tell about it.
Come election time they will tell the sheeple that 99 percent of Americans want to lose this war. Mark my words.
The presstitutes are the hand maidens to the dnc.
Thanks for the likeness picture, Dolly. Made my day, I'm in such a foul mood since the demotraitors in the house and senate began their treasoness moves.
I'll send you some f our 40 degree weather........Whoosh.
Catch.
Got home and unloaded the car, came in to change, and realized I had lost one of my gold clip earrings (real gold, as I am allergic to costume jewelry metals). So, back in the car and went to both drugstore and gas station to see if I could find it. No such luck, although the lady at the gas station did find what appeared to be a diamond stud earring.
Grumble. No earrings for me, now. I am not spending money on more when they can get lost. Fooey.
Got to go fix dinner. Back later.
It may turn up somewhere, it may still be in the car. I lost my evening ring for almost a month, my first gift from Roomey, I was sick. He kept saying it would turn up. It did, on my desk, buried under paperwork.
The great liberal death wish. The number of deaths caused by the liberals in Vietnam or the one they want to make in Iraq, won't bother them one wit. It won't kill any of their families, free-flying pelosi already told us, her family is safe, some are too old to serve, the others are too young. Very few of our elected officials have served our country in te military and their off-spring will follow in their footsteps. IF the off-spring serve, it will be as elected officials where they will be paid top dollar with perks and the only thing they will lose if they "mess up" will be the next election. I'm so ticked off, I can hardly stand it!!!!
Yes.
Thanks.
Listening to a show from Winter Haven....4 hours of baseball talk. YES!
And, funny, funny, the host is dedicating the show to Robert Adler, inventor of the Remote Control, whose death seems to have gone little noticed.
But truly, his was a significant part of our daily life!
Right guys???!!! LOL!
This is the reason I don't wear much jewelry. I am allergic to costume jewelry and the real stuff is expensive and when you lose it, you are just sick about it.
I lost a gold ring for well over a year, and then, cleaning up the car, it turned up! So those things can happen.
I also remember a story a friend told me years ago.
She and her family were vacationing at a lake in Indiana, and there on the beach she lost a precious ring.
Years later, she returned & sat near the same spot, started running her fingers thru the sand, her fingers caught something hard and small, and when she dusted off the sand, there was her long-lost ring!
Thanks for the encouraging words, Molly! Mayb it will turn up later. I sure hope so.
Gosh, I miss you guys.
My lack of posting was at first due to busy-ness but lately it's been more due to stress & depression & that kind of stuff. We seem to be going through one of those times when one thing after another happens. My uncle passed away last month and we travelled to Minnesota for the funeral. There have been a lot of other things, and certain pressures/stresses which I prefer to keep private. I've been fighting depression, and my number one weapon has been........if you can believe this.....housecleaning. The place is starting to look great and I have enough projects lined up to keep hubby (and me!) busy for months.
Anyway..............just wanted to sort of explain why I haven't been here. I think of all y'alls often.
Mozie, that's okay. I have bouts of depression from time to time when I don't want to do anything at all and I don't want to be around anybody and I don't care about anything.
Depression ain't fun.
Thanks for dropping in. I was wondering how you were doing. Take whatever time you need, please lurk and let us know about the big stuff.
(((Mozie)))
Still, I worry. I'm not happy if my friends are not happy.
Those pictures look really cold.
I'm heading back to bed.
You take care while things sort themselves out. You know how much we think of you and miss you.
((((MozartLover))))
If you need to work on depression more after your house is done, please feel free to continue at my house where your housecleaning "needs" will surely be met!
LOL
Thinking of you & of course more importantly, PRAYING for you..
