Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I don't think Anna intended to stay in the Bahamas.
The judge should ask if a Headstone for Danny was EVER ordered by Anna.
If so, she intended to stay. If NOT, then she very well could have intended to exhume his body and have him reburied somewhere in the mainland.
I really feel this is important to know..

One would hope before that happens, Virgie would have buried Anna in Texas, exhumed Daniel & buried him next to Anna, and have Dannilyn in her custody. I hope that's what happens. Anna wanted to be with Daniel. The Bahamas part is irrelevant. All of Daniel's family and friends are in the USA. Dannielynn, a US citizen, soon to be living with her biological father in the USA, would want her mom and half-brother in the USA as well.
I think Anna would be the most thrilled if they were both moved and buried near Marily Monroe! She seemed to be investigating and researching the possibility of that the most. What a circus that would be though!

No tombstone for Daniel?? That's a very interesting thought. In my heart, I think she would want him to be with her in Texas and while the mother/daughter relationship seemed Rocky, Daniel's death was a time that they would have come together. Howard made sure that didn't happen.
The mother said she had a number for Anna and Howard had it disconnected.
