Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Bet judge tells Howard: There is no difference to that child whether you're gone a day or a week....OR....you never expect to be away from that child for more than a day....OR...You didn't leave that child in the care of a reputable person??

Why not just ask LKS while he's on the stand, since he was spotted flushing Daniel's methadone down the stool at the scene

There is NO WAY that poor little baby was born not addicted to something. Maybe that's why the Methodone was in Fridge in Bahama, to give Dannilynn her fix? (I know, that sounds terrible and I apologize)..
The Judge needs to cut to the chase determine who the father is ASAP.

One would hope before that happens, Virgie would have buried Anna in Texas, exhumed Daniel & buried him next to Anna, and have Dannilyn in her custody.
The judge will address his concerns, you watch. And it won't be a good outcome for old Howie.

I think the talking head lawyers will just have an absolute fit over the way this is being handled. I think there will be appeals.
Paternity, residency, estate law, multiple US jurisidictions and a foreign jurisdiction..and all of this is suppose to be settled before ANS can get buried? Did they give up on the paternity issue?

I own one Playboy Magazine, and it's the one of Anna as the centerfold. It showed up in my house when my kids were teenagers. I kept it and, to this day, have not looked at it. Can you tell what gender I am? ;)
