Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I wonder if Jackie Hatten is there? And Ben Thompson? What witnesses can Texas or Larry call? Will Larry be allowed to testify?
Has the judge even acknowledged that there was a drug problem? Does he even know? I think this is relevant but if Opri or Virgie's lawyer brings it up I think we will shut them down for not "keeping this light".
So do the Thompson/Shelley's get to testify or not?

I heard Larry's lawyers say they were going to call them. Then Barth had a problem with that so I don't know if the judge will let Barth run the show or not..

If you watch more than 15 mins, I think you might find that this has been a pretty good judge.
Judge just said he wants dignity in the courtroom...that the child must be left with good thoughts of everyone, especially the grandmother.
WAIT till he sees this video of Anna's "hate" for her mother. He WILL NOT think too kindly of Barth and friends!
That baby should have been in protective custody long ago given the drugs, the deaths, the shady characters in and out, the break-in, the paternity question etc.....

I want to know what prescription drugs the HKS 'nurse' was feeding her in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.
This is all going to be appealed, and probably struck down since Judge Larry is allowing everything in.
