Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Ok Anna was worried about bugs getting into the coffins. 2 double plots were purchased - Maybe those 2 double plots were for just Anna and Daniel. If she didn't like bugs then most likely she like the idea of 2 caskets being stacked on top of each other into one plot and that may be why she bought 2 plots do avoid double stacking of the coffins. Just because the cemetery allows double stacking of coffins does not mean it has to be done that way.
I wonder if they require concrete inground vaults so that grave does not sink in.
Personally I would never want a double stacked plot with my husband's coffin under my coffin or on top my coffin. I would rather rest side by side with him. (this includes any of my children). Put me 6 feet under but not 10+ feet under.

I'm not crazy about him. TMZ is reporting that he's been trying to get a judge show on TV months before this case came up. He's even done some audition tapes.

The endlessly entertaining Florida judge who is hearing the Anna Nicole case has had a TV show on the brain for months. Sources say Judge Seidlin has even made a demo tape of cases that were recorded in his courtroom.

Weird that he/she would not have a legal document saying where she wanted to be buried, and weird that she did not pay for that home if she really wanted to live there, not even a down pmt? Weird that the judge would take allow testimony about the intentions of a women on drugs?
