Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
If they took it from the trash that was thrown out would it be illegal?
There is a court order that prohibits HKS from discussing the burial of Howard Marshall.

When they're trying to solve a crime and nail a guy, I've seen these true detective stories say they can get DNA from a soda cup he throws in the trash. But I'm saying that Birkhead can't get something from the trash and say, "See, I have proof." It would never stand up in court.

HKS says Anna wanted Daniel to be buried in the Bahamas. Howie was for burial in LA
AC there is no court on this earth would accept something snagged from the baby for DNA tests while the child is alive. (hair brush, baby bottle, etc).
A court is going to have order that a DNA test be done and that it is done legally with proper procedures so that there is no arguement of how the DNA was taken from the baby.
