Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
In my mind there isn't that much money in her estate. I think she & Stern blew through it. What is left will go to pay the atty's and bills that were never paid.
The important thing is that they place this child with her bio father or her grandmother now until everything is settled with the estate which could take years.
When Court TV finally came back they said that the Judge came back, banged his gavel and said "A TRIAL" is now underway.
LOL! What a confession! I've done that before too! It does work. :)
Can you just imagine if it's neither of them...
Yes, thanks. Eric Redding is there also.
"I had my ear on a glass up to door."
Too funny!
Wow.FYI..next time..lay down on the ground when eavesdropping..
It does work. I made sure I finished my cocktail first. LOL
I'm watching CourtTV..the announcer is tossing out the idea that the DNA sample could be tampered with, or the baby could have been switched.. GAWD..
Ron Rale introduced himself as ANS attorney this morning, yet last week he kept saying he represented Howard (his long time friend) now.. I think Rales is only only rung up the ladder from Stern in the slime category.
Her estate is what she will end up receiving from the dear old guy..either $44, $86, ,or $800 mill..since the guy's son, who was contesting his dad's will, has also died, I expect the attys , before her death, would have tried to work out a "deal"..give her, say $100 mill to go away..now it's hard to do so..the baby is the sole remaining beneficiary, and the attys for her can't legally agree to possible "give away" a lot of her miney..
Along with Socrates as you said (about the judge), I would add King Solomon of the Old Testament Bible.
I had it on msnbc and headline news off and on. Don't get courttv and Fox wasn't wall to wall on it.
The commentators and pundits are absolutely SAVAGING this judge. Susan Filen and all of her guests are stroking out on how dare he "grandstand" to take on the paternity and custody issues and make this 5 mo. old baby the center of this.
I've truly never seen any of these people THIS angry. Filen is totally in the tank for HKS and isn't bothering to hide it. The others are joyfully bashing the flawed jurisprudence of the judge.
BUT I'm with you...I like this judge.
"Can you just imagine if it's neither of them..."
I've thought of that, too. That's why it would have been so much easier on Larry Birkhead if the paternity could have been settled prior to this day. Can you imagine the $$$ he has spent on attorneys just because Anna told him he's the father?
My bet is that Howard doesn't want the baby...but wants the right to be executor which will bring him fees for 18 years. Daniel surely had insurance policies and Anna likely did also. Assuming that he is the beneficiary, they are subject to NOTHING except a death certificate with no implications of "murder". Hard to prove "killing" a druggie and THAT'S why all of the Howard videos showing her "out of it" were broadcast. No good person would let that happen.
We have our first successful stipulation, that the baby is NOT 18 years old..
All of the characters in that crowd, play by a different set of rules. I realized that I haven't seen James Neavitt in a while, who did the talk show rounds right after her death. I wonder if he's still working for him.
