Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I think Barf kinda slipped and said Howard has rights even if he isn't the father.

My guess the reason you don't want any DNA samples done on you or Dannielynn is they will find DRUGS in both systems.
He wouldn't be the trustee for the $$$....the court would appoint a bank or trust department, under the supervision of a court appointed atty for the child...these are HUGE fees..and th e probate jude in the Bahamas names them..remember..always follow the money..

I believe that if the PRP is enforced, then the $$$..whatever she inherits, and then leaves to the kid, will stay in the Bahamas, in a trust until the child is 18..There are BIG fees involved to manage that much money..

That is an excellent point. The Bahama authorities have probably been persuaded by HKS to certify the birth certificate, keep Daniel's body there, prevent Child Protective Services from seeing Danielyn, prevent the Thompsons from claiming the house.
I would hope the IRS and FBI will take note of this effort by the Bahamian Governmental authorities to prevent or obfuscate US citizens (Virgie and Larry) from claiming their constitutional rights in the Bahama court system(s).
What's the odds on who gets buried first..ANS or Jame sBrown?
I think I just saw that former manager of ANS walk in with Larry Birkhead and Virgie. Can't think of his name, but he wrote the book "Big Beautiful Doll" about ANS.

I'm so glad these trials aren't simultaneous even though this case will drag on.
