Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

You bring up a good point. She was more dismissive of him at certain times in her life. However, I am not so sure she was completely sober then either. Perhaps she was just more sober.
I think HKS was in love with her. He was probably obsessed with her.
Have you ever been around a drug addicted person or alcholic. Addiction is a strong thing. Try to take away their fix and you may get booted out of their life.
So in his obsession, he supplied her the drugs to stay in her life because he might have lost her if he tried to take them away.

So in his obsession, he supplied her the drugs to stay in her life because he might have lost her if he tried to take them away. Precisely. A happy, healthy, well-adjusted Anna, would not have needed HKS in the end. It was in HIS interests to keep her "unhealthy." Sick.

The Bahama courts are going to have to work with this court as there is a injunction on the baby not to be removed from the Bahamas. Testing could be done under the supervision of the guardian ad litem in the Bahamas if the Bahama court agrees to it.

now Riles or HKS lawyer arguing that even if Birhead is father he may not get custody - HKS could get custody under Calif law - jeez Not if that clown video comes into evidence against HKS! His fitness to parent her is seriously in question. Will he want to make a fool out of Dannielynn too -- just to make money?
