Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
here it is...
Anna's private nurse was Tasma Brighthaupt per this article - Does that match up with the bodyguard/paramedic's last name?

That statement conflicts with this audio of a paramedic Captain. I believe in this audio the paramedic also said that HKS was in the room. I heard doctor Perper say that HKS was not in the room. I wonder if that is what everyone told the doctor? Anyway, I hope this audio works.
I heard Moe, the bodyguard, say that when his wife called him about Anna she told him to call 911 while he was traveling back to the hotel as she could not reach a phone (why not?). However, Moe then stated that the first person he called was HKS and that he didn't call 911 until after he had reached the hotel room. Wonder if he had called 911 when his wife first requested him to do so whether it would have made a difference?
Interesting.
....and if the wife "could not reach a phone" as Moe said, then how did she call Moe!? All of that makes no sense and the ET people just let him gloss right over it. Since he called HKS first did HKS tell Moe not to call 911 yet? Sounds suspicious.
"By the time the paramedics arrived, Anna Nicoles bodyguard (and Tasmas husband), Maurice Mo Brighthaupt, was trying to resuscitate Smith himself, using CPR. Stern, who was set to officially wed Smith later this month, arrived as rescue attempts were underway."
We're all hoping that will be the case!
It's probably better not to, yeah. I'm reading all the posts here, anyway - those long URLs just cause me problems. Thanks.

Howard K. Stern Denies Involvement In Daniel Smiths Death.Anna died the next day.http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cache:AaUwrHmsMrEJ:www.imnotobsessed.com/2007/02/07/howard-k-stern-denies-involvement-in-daniel-smiths-death/+howard+K+stern+Daniel+smith+death&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us
Oh, yeah, I had that name in my notes, but no more corroboration on it.
People shouldn't be
too hard on the bodyguard.
John Belushi died
and his bodyguard
was a guy named Bill Wallace,
an undefeated
martial arts champion
and very nice guy. Sometimes
bodyguards can't help.
"Eventually, paternity will be established and she will be placed with her biological father, right? (I'm hoping here....)"
I think it all has to do with Bahamian laws. That's what scarey. It wouldn't be so much of an concern if the baby was born in the US.
I think this is the huge story right here.
I watched that ET interview with "Moe" and wondered the same thing. Moe's wife calls him and tells him to call 911 because she can't get to the phone. Hello? (no pun intended)
So he drives to Anna's and tries to save her himself?
And THEN calls 911? What a crock.
I remember that interview and you could tell what he was saying wasn't jiving with the timeline, as Greta knew it at the time.
True. Although, in this case, it probably would have been helfpul for 911 to have been called when his wife first asked him to do so. Of course, this begs the question, why didn't the wife just do it herself?
Exactly.
I watched an interview Rita Cosby held with Brigitte Neven last week and she said she noticed something wasn't right, walked over and ANS mouth was hanging open, she tried to close it and it would not close... at that point SHE notified the nurse something was wrong and they tried to resuscitate her, said she was still warm, but not breathing... they held a mirror to her mouth and there was no breath... no pulse or heartbeat. The nurse tried to massage her body while Brigitte Neven rubbed her feet to try and rouse her... finally they called for outside help.
I don't think we need to worry. HKS is only the presumed father due to his name on the BC until the DNA test proves otherwise. I think the biological father will win the battle between presumed vs. biological father. Or, at least, he should.
What is even more interesting is King Eric's wife was left behind in the Bahamas "allegedly" caring for Dannielynn.
What an absolute a-hole slimeball....
