Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Confidentially agreement, my foot.. probably one that will allow them to photograph her in the coffin so HKS can collect another million from the tabloids.
No matter who gets that $400 million -- the estate of ANS or the Marshall family, the real winner is the US Treasury.

That is precisely the reason she won a "fresh look" by the Feds. It was not due to her attorney's brilliant legal mind;)
BTW that will was concocted in 2001 -long before HKS and ANS had a 'marriage' int their future and long before Larry Birkhead became the object of her affection.
The only complication would have been following the baby's delivery, when the natural breast milk processes would have gone into high gear - unless she had taken medication to prevent it.
The combination of mild production and all that silicone - plus all the other meds would have been a problem - RIGHT AFTER BIRTH - not 6 months later.

That 'will' was supposedly written in 2001 in the USA - then faxed (to the Bahamas) and filed on 2/17/2007 in the Bahamas AFTER ANNA NICOLE'S DEATH.
Why would the Bahamanian law supercede USA law for a USA citizen who died in the USA and was only a temporary resident of the Bahamas? THIS IS NUTS!
As it stands she is a permanent resident of the Bahama's and will be until the Bahamian government revokes her permanent residency in the Bahama's.

Wonder what affect her death will have on "revocation" law. HKS has probably greased so many palms in that place - nothing will be done to put his claims in jeopardy.
Anna Nicole Smith's body undergoes embalming
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. The body of Anna Nicole Smith is being embalmed today, a day after a Florida judge gave the O-K for the process to begin.
The medical examiner says the two embalmers who started the process this morning have been searched for objects like cameras. They have both also signed a confidentiality agreement that states that they will not talk about, write about, photograph or draw the body.

Sally Kirkland said she had all kind of problems and pain until she had her implants removed. And considering that ANS had double implants...it might have been a problem. She may have had one that leaked and not even known it.
The real shame is that poor baby who had a drug addict for a mother. The baby was probably born addicted and god only knows what kind of potential birth defects.
What an idiot to actually try to get pregant while addicted to drugs. Personally, I think that baby should have been taken aware from her until she cleaned up her act.
As an adult ANS made so many bad choices, in men, abusing drugs, abusing a naturally beautiful face & body, failing to advance her career in a productive way.
She had so many opportunities to live a useful, creative life. The reasons for her terrible failures certainly have to be - addiction to drugs and falling prey to criminal "caretakers" and enablers.
Truly, I don't care if Virgie was the least capable mother in the world - she loved Anna but was unable to influence her daughter once she married Billy and left home.
One of the pictures they are fond of showing on the news has her breast feeding in the hospital. I wondered about that because there has been some evidence the silicone does get into the breast milk.
The picture you are thinking of just shows her holding the baby close to her breasts. She is not trying to breast feed her in that picture.
The way we read it yesterday, Bahamain law says if you die outside the Bahamas probate is not in Bahamas... in addition to what it says about the child to be a citizen has to be born to a Bahamian Citizen, which ANS was not. I think, ultimately, California has the jurisdiction in the majority of this case unless they turn it over to Florida.

I'd bet money this is why she had the baby in the Bahamas instead of the USA.
He had a wonderful charisma that was sadly lacking in Richard Burton... it was more than an accent.
