I'm not clear if you are keeping track of all the players or just the attorneys. But I did dig this up on the TrimSpa toad. Seems "Alex Goen" is an alias.

DietPillscentral

"Mendacious campaigns for the Ephedra-based supplement Trimspa An American hypnotist, Alex Szynalski, and a former Playboy Bunny (Anna Nicole Smith) joined in a Trimspa commercial which was considered "deceptive advertising" by the New Jersey Attorney General. The hypnotist was accused of luring consumers to his Goen Lose Weight Hypnosis seminars and then tempting them to buy the Trimspa supplements he produced."

OK youse guys

Take care of The Thread - looks like everyone is off for a Sunday Drive.

Thank you for taking my questions and answering them. It's so comforting to have such informed FReepers. This legal crisis is serious.

There have been very few tacky posts - and that says it all.

See yah soon.

Thanks. I was just keeping track of the attorneys, but that will be helpful if the TrimSpa suits attach to ANS's estate, which they might, as they are just starting litigation.
