Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

What ESTATE IN THE BAHAMAS? The 'will' was concocted in 2001 in the USA. She and Daniel were US citizens. Marshall's estate is in dispute as a US entity in the USA.
How can the Bahama courts rule on the will of a temporary residen dying in Florida?
Note how reference is made to SOBER - I have posted many times that ANS was hardly ever "of SOUND MIND & BODY" a standard requirement to execute a legal instrument.

This is similar language that the new HKS probate attorney in CA used to describe HKS last night. In response to a query of whether HKS was a person of 'good character', IOW one who make a good trustee.

Has anyone talked about estate tax? On 400 + million dollars it is going to be a hell of a tax should she win the big jackpot. Florida, CA, Bahamas, Indian Jurisdiction? Will the tax year be this year percentage no matter when the money comes forward? And then what about the DOUBLE tax. First to ANS and then to her heir. If it goes to Daniel as some have said... it is triple taxed. To ANS, to Daniel, to his heir?
Look out for the breast implant lawsuit. Sally Kirkland thinks that is a possible cause of her death. Just a few more millions to add to the jackpot for "Daddy" Dannielynn.

I can't find anything about Anna's body being embalmed. Perper told NaG(Nancy Grace) that Stern and his lawyers had found a Bahamian funeral home to do it and who agreed to sign the confidentiality agreement and it was supposed to have been today at 8:00 am. It was said her body was beginnng to rapidly decompose. Not to be morbid but it's been 9 days. I know JPII held up pretty well they had him on ice but still during the daytime he was out in the open. I think they also put some type of cream on him to slow down decay. I think he had some discoloration on his chin area before his funeral.
Why a Bahamian funeral home? That would delay the procedure - they would have to get permission to travel and import all those chemicals?
Might that explain the postponement?

No matter who gets that $400 million -- the estate of ANS or the Marshall family, the real winner is the US Treasury.
That's a hard dog to hunt. Breast implants are voluntary, and while I think they shouldn't have, the FDA recently ruled Silicone is okay for use again. A ruling that makes no sense since there was so many claims it forced the main manufacturer to file bankruptcy that last time around (in the 90's).
