What ESTATE IN THE BAHAMAS? The 'will' was concocted in 2001 in the USA. She and Daniel were US citizens. Marshall's estate is in dispute as a US entity in the USA.

This is similar language that the new HKS probate attorney in CA used to describe HKS last night. In response to a query of whether HKS was a person of 'good character', IOW one who make a good trustee.
