Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Filing a will before death means little or nothing. There can be an updated will at home in a cigar box that supercedes it.
ANS former atty. is on CTV....Len Leeds...Anna would want to be buried next to Daniel. He seems to not be up on current events. Not going to talk about much.
Oh, didn't like her mom....only wanted to be with Daniel.

What was the status of the probate/bk/Scotus stuff when this was written? SCOTUS had just kicked it back to 9th circuit?
Trying to be devious and follow how he is going to truly benefit by the time this stuff goes thru the courts and the scrutiny.
He can't benefit as executor and receive anything from the will at the same time...which he doesn't. But he can take a salary and control funds as executor until she is 18.
Hell, he'll probably try to marry her then as it will be proven he is not the father.

Yet, if she was running a 105 temp (which is dangerous in adults) you would have thought she was probably already "out of it" with fever and drugs. The "nurse" should have been VERY concerned at that point.
I think it was probably HKS that didn't want her going to the hospital. And we all know why.

It doesn't look legit to me.
And, why would someone who had no interest or comprehension of legal documents take such care in initialing these documents. The initials are cautiously written and differ from her signature, IMHO.
Between the alleged will and the doc who prescribed ANS the methadone, I should think there'd be grounds for at least a couple of criminal investigations here. I hope some LE agency is looking into this mess. That little girl's life may depend on it.
Being married to an M.D. has made me smarter about such things. :0)
and if she had a nurse and a 105 temperature why was the nurse helping Stern boat shop? Why wasn't she at the patient's side? Why at 105 temp didn't they call an ambulance instead of icing her in the tub?
Worse, the "nurse" was boat shopping, yet the Dutch companion of King Gibson claimed it was she who noticed something was wrong and told the nurse.
Incompetent comes to mind, but also a whole lot of deception. If this was Murder She Wrote I'd say they wanted an alibi while she was dying to give all of them cover.

OK - Here is the solution - will save money, time and heartache.
HKS should immediately be given 2,000 mgs. of methadone, 100 mgs. valium, 300 mgs. percocet, 65 mgs. phenergen taken tid with 8oz of trimspa.
Shortly thereafter he should be cremated and blown out to sea....
Here is another for the conjecture pile... Didn't Howard say he won't submit to a DNA analysis. What if no one who takes the DNA test matches up...for whatever reason...anonymous sperm donor...Daniel is the father....real father won't come forward ....like she had an affair with someone like Bill Clinton or whomever and he will never come forward...etc.....
Will Danielynn be able to stay with Howard since he is listed on the birth certificate?
Also, did I read that Howard will not come to the states? If so, why won't he step foot on American soil?

She had an 8th grade education, was considered illiterate, unable to correctly write numbers, would add zero's, etc.
Would she actually be taking the time to cautiously write her initials.
But if a forgery, why do the will as they did? Daniel would have been about 14 years old. There were 3 dates he would have been eligable for money...25, 30, 35, IIRC....so HKS would have controlled that money for quite a few years.....guess that would be enuf to forge for.
And, even more ANS was so heavily sedated at the time, by her own admission she didn't remember anything of that time, so how do we "know" she wanted to be buried in the Bahamas or that she really wanted Daniel buried in the Bahamas?
I'm with you. And make sure he has a "nurse" that sits back and watches instead of calling 911 because of the media attention.
Concerned, yes, but scared ti death. That Methadone in that container is reserved for hospitals, clinics and pharmacies to dispense in much smaller quantities. The doctor who wrote that script or provided the drug should soon find himself in HUGE trouble.
Tues should be good drama with Virgie and HKS in the same room. I hope she goes after him!
My initials are TOTALLY different from my signature. I've gone from cursive into "printing" mode.
So should ANS's nurse.
