Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Look at it this way. Virgie was married many times. I don't know how many but it was posted here. Maybe 5. Assume ANS is telling the truth about being raped by her "father". Molested children often harbor great resentment towards parents. It festers. It is complicated. Mixed emotions. Upon the death of the grandchild it is conceivable that she would call the grandmother and let her know and still harbor great rage towards her.

I still don't understand how HKS has any standing AT ALL, in the current legal proceeding. He claims to be next of kin, and executor of her estate. Yet he has produced no will, and as far as I've been able to ascertain he hasn't produced the birth certificate naming him as the father.

The birth certificate is online, so I guess someone filed it somewhere. But we know that doesn't make it so (that he is the father). I don't think he has standing. He doesn't even have standing in that house and they are taking steps to evict him (I do worry about the baby if he's evicted, though)...

If he's evicted immigration could force him to leave the island as he was only allowed to stay six months unless he was a citizen as ANS had become.

Now, today we find out Ron Rales, HKS very good friend, former supposed attorney for ANS, is the second executor of her estate. Can we say there was more than a little conflict of interests going on and no one was really looking out for ANS... no wonder he kept or allowed her to be bombed out of her mind all the time.

I hope the State of California nails that California judge to a cross for sending a 8 months pregnant woman Methadone... not to mention the pharmacy sending a controlled substance through the mail to a p.o. box in the Caribbean.

Can you explain to me why it's a conflict of interest for Ron Rales to be second executor? I guess I'm not following the reasoning.

Believe me, I don't like it. But if there is a will produced that has HKS as executor, I guess I'm not that surprised that Ron Rales would be the second. What am I missing?

If so it must be stacked plots. Possibly only 2 spots where they stack 2 on top of each other with a total of 4. Or it is 3 spots with a total of 6.

Sometimes people just buy the plots that sit on each side of the main plot because they don't want strangers being buried on either side of them.

Wasn't Daniel cremated? - If so then these are small plots just for urns to be buried in the ground. You can buy one large plot that will hold several urns.

Did you get to see all of the proceedings today? I missed the afternoon, and was a bit confused about what was going on. If I understand correctly, after the hearing was over, all of the interested attorneys left to go to the Medical Examiner's morgue, to be there while the DNA samples were taken?

Also, if Nancy Grace can get any more annoying I don't know how. She is constantly propping up Dr. Perper, as if the O.J. trial and all of the question of chain of custody of the DNA evidence, never happened.

Also we should find out if these are coffin plots or urn plots. There is a huge difference on how much space the plots would be. Also uou can buy a coffin plot and use it to hold your whole family's urns in if you want.
