Can you explain to me why it's a conflict of interest for Ron Rales to be second executor? I guess I'm not following the reasoning.

Believe me, I don't like it. But if there is a will produced that has HKS as executor, I guess I'm not that surprised that Ron Rales would be the second. What am I missing?

Because now Rales has been saying he is HKS attorney. He was originally asked by his "good friend" HKS to represent ANS, but in all his interviews since last Friday he has talked about HKS and how he is looking out for his interests.

I guess I feel it's a conflict because they are so tight with each other, an uninterested party should have been the second executor (JMO) and no one is looking out for Dannielynn. If Rales was going to switch to someone other than ANS, it should have been the baby. I'm glad at least this judge in Florida thought of that.
