Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Unreal. Marshall Soto a child of Anna's. The father says he has a birth certificate with Anna Nicole Smith's name on it as the mother? And lots of other records to prove his case. And then as others have said, the will was written soon after Marshall was conceived???? Someone when interviewed about that will's exclusionary section of any future children or spouses - (maybe this was Stern in the courtroom?) said that statement was in there because people come out from everywhere claiming to be related to her (as children).

Good grief! Howard was even then calculating how to keep all her money to estate????

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Have you given your information to the police who are investigative Anna Nicole Smith`s death? Have you given the cause of death, a secret, to them?

PERPER: If I discussed -- yes, we have a discussion with the police, and I mentioned to them what are our findings under confidence. And then I found out -- as I said, I became aware there`s additional evidence which I didn`t review, and I`m going to review it. But whether that -- I did not receive any kind of information that there`s an active police investigation directed against anyone specifically. I didn`t receive that.

PAT LALAMA, INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER: Well, I wish I could say what I really want to say, but I`d probably get sued by someone. Here`s the deal, Janie (ph). One other thing we`ve got to remember about, the doctor, the controversial doctor right out here at Los Angeles, California, or to be more specific, Studio City, what is it, Sandeep Kapoor -- Dr. Perper said that he got cooperation from everyone in all jurisdictions. Every medical person he needed to speak to was cooperative and helpful.

Dr. Kapoor refused to have anything to do with him, wouldn`t answer his questions, wouldn`t return his calls. This is the doctor who allegedly was sending big, giant, probably flasks of methadone and other drugs under assumed names to Anna Nicole Smith. And if he was not giving her proper checkups and if he is giving them with the wrong names, that`s potentially criminal behavior, and he`s already being investigated by the medical board.

So Jane, a lot of stuff is going to come out, and I will bet you dollars to donuts somebody`s going to face a criminal indictment.

I don't know why he didn't expect them? Maybe the flight came in early? But I figure maybe he wanted them to be the ones to find her. With all those prescription bottles next to her. "OMG she's OD'd".

But then there they were in the lobby and now he had to take the bottles out of the room with all those people in the suite. Cuz the O.D.ing death cause wasn't gonna fly especially if Anna was awake and they all saw her or even if she was sleeping quietly. So he had to sneak those bottles out when he walked out with Moe or whoever he left with. He must've been carrying a satchel or something to do that.

Then what was he going to do with all those prescription bottles? Possibly throw them overboard when he was out on the boat?

I don't know if i've got the timeline right. So maybe this is not right. But if so, is this a feasible scenario?

I'm gonna call it. Anna started to disagree with what Howard wanted her to say at the inquest. She asked why?? And he told her that it was HER meds that probably killed him. Howard knew all the drugs that were found by the time the inquest was scheduled. He started matching bottles with names for her.

But she said Howard was wrong and she didn't give Daniel anything and her medicine wasn't even around.

I think he convinced her that she would be the one they would look at. The videos are a good exhibit and his court statement: "I've seen her worse than that".

She started thinking about what her mother had said, about what others were saying. He said he would have to tell the truth. She would have to lie at the inquest.

The marriage was to show that he had a belief in her and to show her that he would protect her and her baby.

He's going to blame Daniel's death on her if it comes to that. He was the great protector of her and her reputation...her hero...her everything.

But it wasn't quite right and she said: "If anything happens to me....
