Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I'd like to see the date of the correspondence to Rale to send the will and where it should be sent. That would straighten out the questionable date.

Did you read the article? It claims there is documentation - couldn't see the birth certificate in detail. But if all the claims are true - this is HUGE!
I think that someone else, locals or fanpeople, or HKS minions, or *someone* DID go in and start ransacking the place, but got run off.
Someone called Ford/Ben and told them, so he/they were there right away - might've already been on-island, for all I know - and got to the things ANS told them about. That's my take on it.
She didn't hang around with decent people..Most of us have chosen to side with the best of the worst, which would be Larry Birkhead.
I really don't care what Ford Shelly has in his past..

My aunt had a tenant. Welfare folks hadn't paid the rent. Remove your stuff in 30 days said the court or else. The stuff went out to the curb.
I would sue him, too.
Thoompson's attorney was on TV stating that there was an agreement for payment AFTER the Marshall deal was finished. Maybe he misspoke...but that is what he said.
I might not have sued if Ford Shelly had been responsible with items he took from the house. But the minute he started giving that info to media outlets in the minute he would be a target. If all he wanted to do was protect the items..he could have gone in with a police officer and protected the items through police procedure.
Instead, I think they went through them looking for anything to do with them that might be incriminating, embarassing ,etc.
HHHhhhhhmmmm. Now let's see. What was the "incorrect date" on the fax machine of Ron Rales, which sent the will 'before' she died? Anybody remember that?
Once he was told to leave (and he was), he had a reasonable time to do so.
They weren't squatters. There was, and I believe still is, a dispute over the property.
I have got a friend going through this process in trying to get space back so that he can rent it back out.
You cannot, in my state, just go in and take property. You must go through legal procedures and time frames.
Ford Shelly said that he got a phone call from the Bahamas that someone had backed a truck up to the Horizons house, and started moving furniture out. (He received this call shortly after he arrived in Florida)
For all we know, he could have set up the robbery story when he discovered the tape was missing, and hid the alleged stolen items elsewhere.
We can speculate all night long about this..:)
