Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Very good! I barely recall that.....and I wouldn't have remembered a name.
ET said HKS is filing a Federal lawsuit against those who stole the items from the house and those that disseminated the items.
I had thought Virgie's lawyers might have been referring to the woman psychiatrist, but maybe not.
While I believe diamonds are now traceable, I'm sure not all of them are. Anna's engagement ring from Marshall was 22 carats. That was the bggest one....the one that finally made her say "I Do".
Remember, no inventory has been done at this time.
ET spinning as usual. Mentioned Moe meeting with police and telling about Anna being on heavy medication and then they cut to his interview where he saying she was taking flu meds and antibiotics. They also cut to Tas' interview and she's saying the same thing. Cut to Moe saying that Anna had not been feeling well the days before. NO MENTION of Moe saying that HKS changed his routine. Tease regarding Krista Barth saying that Howard is going to file a federal lawsuit on the Shelley's. He's such a money grubbing , litigious weasel. Virgie back in Texas. No mention of Birkhead. Note Mary Hart was doing commentary not Mark Steines.
Good.... he'll lose.
A sneaky way to contact Entertainment Tonight since surprising they don't have the hosts emails.

I am not so sure he will lose a lawsuit. I don't have any idea what the landlord/tenant laws are in the Bahamas. I know in many states in the US ...you can't just go take items out of a house.
Of course, this is further complicated by the fact that this was suppose to be a sale/purchase.
Also, Shelly's acts concerning what he did with some of the items arouse suspicion.
I don't think as highly of Shelly as some of you.
He reminds me of Clinton.
Something isn't kosher about that whole mess.
His tenant was dead. HK$ is a squatter.
OK, guys..I think it would be awesome if the little boy was really Anna's lust child. He's cute enough..blue eyes too..AND her Will left everyone puzzled..
And I agree with all of you who say that anything is possible with her..she was one messed up Mother..

I believe Howard and Anna had already been told to leave. The fact that the items wound up in storage (police custody) makes it even more "legal" on their part. It wasn't an anonymous robbery. There was no breaking and entry. It was HIS house. It was his key.
It is not as simple as that. And even squatters have rights if you let them in the domicle in some states.
Besides, the ownership is in dispute.
Shelly could be in a lot of trouble.
"Tomorrow on Inside Edition they are going to have a story on the PI Daniel hired..... having to do with ANS after she moved to the Bahamas."
Thanks! Is it the 7:00pm Eastern time Inside Edition? (I have never watched it)
As I race from one post to the next, my jaw drops further. The only certainty is that my heart breaks for each of the children of ANS.
Not in my state. They have to go through court procedure.
They can't just enter your property on a whim and take everything you own and give it to FOX television.
