Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
It was just a tease (promo) for tomorrow's Inside Edition.

We once, many years ago, managed a sawmill in Montana on an Indian reservation. Lysol was the opiate of choice for the Native Americans there. (cheaper and more available than liquor) I couldn't believe it when I went to the small grocery store in Ashland to buy Lysol for cleaning, only to find that the shelves were stripped bare of that product.
One morning, I went to the Post Office in Ashland to pick up the company's mail. When I returned to my truck, there was an Indian passed out on the hood. I got into the cab, started the engine (thinking that would wake him). He kinda rolled over, faced the windshield, and threw up all over the window. His vomitus reeked of Lysol and other foul substances. The postmaster, apparently watching from the post office, saw what happened and came out and hauled him off to the sheriff's office. It was quite a learning experience for us. 99% of our employees were Native Americans............95% of them were absolutely wonderful people. We really came to love them.

No, both Moe and Tas said they talked to her earlier in the day and she mumbled. That might also be when Moe said he ate chocolate-covered strawberries with her, that morning.
It was Tas who reflected on the events and said it was *possible*, in response to the interviewer's question, that ANS had been dead as long as 2 hours.

I just remember the first time I saw Barth, she was whining about not getting proper notification about the first hearing, and Rale wasn't with her yet.
So what about the birth cert if Dannielynn then? Where is says number of live birth (2) number of children living it states (1) but at time of Dannielynn's birth Daniel was still living... but then again i guess people can lie? Oh and I am not technical here... just going off my memory. I am sure I did not write it the same way it was written on the Bahama birth cert.

Nowhere could've been safer for a half-Indian child than the reservation. As the offspring of a full-blooded O'odham father, Marshall easily met the requirement of a 50 percent blood quantum for membership in the tribe, even though Marshall has decidedly Anglo features. Any tussle over custody would have to be decided by tribal courts in Sells, according to the 1978 Indian Child Welfare Act, a law passed to deal with the odious legacy of a once-common practice of kidnapping Indian children and raising them in Anglo homes.
"Because of such past history, Native American courts jealously guard children against removal to white households, whatever the reason," observed Professor Stone Applewhite, Chair of Native American Studies at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. "In a case like this one, there's no way that a Caucasian mother with Smith's sort of past could reassert her parental rights. Unless, ironically, she was able to steal the child back from the father."
But Soto was careful, very careful. As Soto's records attest, the deposits to his bank account continued unabated, and the letters from Anna Nicole grew more desperate in tone. Every time Anna Nicole appeared on TV, the stripling would cry out, "Mommy je'e!" But as Smith's career took an upswing with her weight loss and the TrimSpa spokesmodel deal, Soto and his son saw her less and less. As phone and bank records demonstrate, Smith continued to call and send the wire transfers. Also, Smith remembered birthdays and holidays, having a gleaming electric blue, child-size mountain bike delivered to the Soto household for Christmas of '06.
"The last time she called in January, she didn't sound right," Soto recalls. "I knew she was again back on the drugs. Her speech was slurred, and she was saying crazy stuff about how there were rats under her bed trying to eat her feet, and that the Mafia was out to kill her for her money. Before I heard the news, I got a letter in the mail from her, written in lipstick, with a photo of her shaving Howard K. Stern's butt. I thought maybe she needed to be institutionalized. Obviously, the birth of Dannielynn and Daniel's overdose — it was just too much for her."
He goes on to say as soon as she died the child support payments from ANS stopped and HKS refuses to answer his calls, he's looking for a lawyer and the tribe is helping him and will get 1/2 of what he gets as settlement for his son... hmmmmm the lawyer gets 40% the tribe 1/2 of that. Seems everyone but Marshall and Dannielynn are going to get rich form this.
It's kinda like the time frame that Scott created when he did his "she always walked the dog and lookee here...here's the dog...loose with his leash.
Howard GAVE US THE IMPRESSION that he was sleeping when Daniel died. But no one knows that.
Howard GAVE EVERYONE THE IMPRESSION that Anna was sleeping when he left. But no one knows that. It seems that neither Brigitte or King Gibson said hi to her when they arrived at the hotel because NO ONE has said that they did. Of course, absolutely that would have said hello if she was awake.

SHELLY: The only thing that she took when she was here last Christmas was her seizure medicine.

SHELLY: No, not at all.
VAN SUSTEREN: And I see that the mother-in-law suite has a full refrigerator. But I mean, it was never — after it was she left, you didn't open it up and find methadone or...
SHELLY: No. (INAUDIBLE) was water, Gatorade. Just whatever she drank was in there, and some fruit.

SHELLY: She ate a lot of grapefruit.

VAN SUSTEREN: Did she spend a lot of time back here alone, or did she interact with the family?
SHELLY: We spent a lot of time upstairs ordering Christmas presents and wrapping Christmas presents.
VAN SUSTEREN: She wasn't a recluse of any sort, I mean, as a guest, a houseguest, hiding out here or anything.
SHELLY: No. No.
VAN SUSTEREN: Why did she happen to come here?
SHELLY: We invited her to come and spend Christmas with us.
VAN SUSTEREN: So she wasn't — she hadn't had a spat with Larry at that point. She'd been...
SHELLY: At that point, no.
VAN SUSTEREN: OK. So she — she had been dating Larry in November. He was her boyfriend in November. Then they sort of split up?
SHELLY: Right.
VAN SUSTEREN: Then she came out here and spent Christmas.
SHELLY: Right, with us.
VAN SUSTEREN: And then left when?
SHELLY: She left New Year's.
VAN SUSTEREN: Did Howard leave with her at New Year's?
SHELLY: Yes.
VAN SUSTEREN: And Daniel? Or was he already gone?
SHELLY: No. They all left together.
VAN SUSTEREN: And did she ever come back here, then, and stay in this suite?

VAN SUSTEREN: All right, now we're upstairs, second floor. Daniel also stayed in the house. And is this where he stayed?
SHELLY: This is where Daniel stayed.

SHELLY: He had his own bathroom.

VAN SUSTEREN: Did Daniel get along with your children?

VAN SUSTEREN: And now your daughter doesn't come up here at all.
SHELLY: No. She won't come into this room now.
VAN SUSTEREN: She won't step foot it?
SHELLY: No. She says it's haunted because Daniel stayed in here. It's just, I mean, she became very close to Daniel. They spent, you know, six weeks together.
VAN SUSTEREN: How old is your daughter?
SHELLY: Nine.
VAN SUSTEREN: And I assume that she, obviously, knows Anna Nicole is now gone?
SHELLY: Yes.
VAN SUSTEREN: And she knew Anna very well.
SHELLY: Yes, she did. In fact, she wrote a letter and put — we had it put in the casket.
VAN SUSTEREN: Saying?
SHELLY: How much she loved her and one thing she said in the letter she said, "Anna, you know Howard K. Stern," and she spelled everything out, "is not the father of the baby." She's not seen the baby, yet. So, and she was with Anna the whole time she was pregnant and that's really bothering our children.
VAN SUSTEREN: So, your daughter wrote this note out?
SHELLY: Um-hum.
VAN SUSTEREN: Who did you give it to?
SHELLY: We faxed it to Larry and Larry made sure it was in the casket.
VAN SUSTEREN: Others put notes in the casket, as well?
SHELLY: My nieces.
VAN SUSTEREN: Where did Howard stay?
SHELLY: Howard stayed right here.
VAN SUSTEREN: So, Howard's in a — this is the third bedroom.
This is the room that Howard stayed in?
SHELLY: Yeah, this is where Howard stayed, in the room with the two twin beds. And he stayed in here. He had a bathroom.
VAN SUSTEREN: So obviously, there was no romantic interest, at least as far as you knew, between...
SHELLY: Anna was way down there and Howard was way up here.
VAN SUSTEREN: And you never suspected anything?
SHELLY: Nothing.
VAN SUSTEREN: So if this was in December of 2005, she became pregnant in January `06. And so, perhaps, I mean, if he is the father, which we hope to find out soon, it would be a relationship that developed quite quickly?
SHELLY: Yeah. It has to happen overnight.

MACCALLUM: All right, well does this tour tell us anything about Anna Nicole's relationship with Howard K. Stern? And when will relearn which of Anna's lovers is Dannielynn's father? That remains a big question.

Jim, let me start with you, what do you make of the tour? You know, we learned, basically, that they slept in separate bedrooms, at least at that time. But we've heard so much about the sort of, kind of, up and down nature of their relationship.
JIM HAMMER, FMR SAN FRANCISCO ASST D.A.: Well, it's certainly in my mind, as a former prosecutor and just a human being, raises lots of doubts about his claim that he's the father of the baby. I can't wait to see these DNA results, but I think is he going to lose that bet, Martha.
MACCALLUM: And Ted, let me go back to some of what Harvey Levin was talking about earlier, and that is that He's saying that "Big Moe," who was very much by her side, by all accounts, is now coming forward with a slightly different story. He's saying that on those last days at the Hard Rock Hotel that something was different, that Anna had taken a lot of prescription drugs, antibiotics and cold medicine that Howard's behavior changed dramatically. He basically wasn't there. What do you make of all that?
TED WILLIAMS, CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well you know, it's interesting, Martha, this is a, certainly a tragedy. Anna Nicole Smith was used by many while she was alive and then she was used in death by a wacky judge who was a disgrace, as far as I'm concerned, to the bench down there. And the fact about it is, the only person, and I've watched him on Greta, who appeared to have been very loyal and who I came across very intelligently was "Big Moe," so I don't know if "Big Moe" spoke to the police today or not, but he is very intelligent and he seemed to be very creditable.

Oh, yeah, a Trust. Maybe that's what the husbands were being giddy about - and ANS "telling" who the father is. Perhaps there *is* a trust set up somewhere that is for the *real* father to administer.
I doubt it, because HKS would have to have been the go-between and he would never do that.
My suspicious mind had all along felt there was one already set up for Daniel for years and that she and HKS had been stripping it of its assets without anyone knowing.
Now, I don't feel that way - because I just don't think there is any money anywhere to be found.

Remember, during Seidlin's circus, one of Virgie's (or Larry's) lawyers asked HKS who Dr. Christian was. HKS played dumb.
Do you have the link to that, because the TMZ story is different from his other stories. He said in the TMZ he slept to 9 or 9:30 and talked to Howard and then went downstairs to breakfast around 10. Now the article says somewhere around mid-morning he and Taz went to the airport. When did he and ANS have time to share choc covered strawberries? His stories are going to bite him on the stand when Sterns lawyers get hold of him.
Because Opri went into court to get DNA right away and he and Sterns "real" attorney had to go defend it; remember how angry they were about that?
