Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

As I recall they said it disinherited children other than Daniel in one section and not another. What if they snuck some of that in there after she signed the will? If HKS is capable of murder, he's capable of having her sign something she didn't know she was signing.

Notice, when she was pregnant with Dannielynn and staying with Gina's mother in Florida the mother reported she would get very irritated when HKS would call and bug her.

Wait a minute, I remember this now. Rale and Neavitt did a presser on the day she died from CA....(didn't they have a paternity action in the CA courts that day?) Early on we first saw Barth, IIRC, in Florida and it took Rale a day or two to get to CA.

There is several things here in this article that make that period of her life make a lot more sense... the extreme weight gain, all of a sudden being so out of it she could barely do interviews for the show (a Phoenix Fox station had to actually cut off an interview with her for the show she was so incoherrant)...the time-line all fits like a glove.

You'd think he would have discussed it with them or the attorneys. I remember he said it wasn't his job to investigate where the methadone originated from or how Daniel got it- that it was "the media's job." Perhaps meaning it was the media's job to find out why the Bahamians didn't seem to be investigating further ( if they weren't), cover-ups, unscrupulous doctors, Anna or Howard? The fact that it appeared Anna wasn't demanding further investigation into Daniel's death always told me they knew how it happened, and that it was, as Wecht has said, a tragic accident.

That makes a helluva lotta sense.

Technically she wasn't lying -- the baby was yet to be born and it explains then going on to say any future husband or child would not inherit from her will. Sounds like HKS was worried she might marry her Indian man.

I hadn't thought about that - maybe Rale *was* in CA when I saw that. Didn't really pay attention to *where* he was. We just all wanted to know where HKS was - and Rale seemed to be the only one who knew at that moment.

We didn't hear about HKS submitting to police questioning until the next day - but it was said to have been the night of the 8th.
