Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I didn't click the link and haven't read intervening posts, but I do remember that ANS had applied with the BIA for tribal membership with the Tejas Indians and they were also jumping into the burial fray wanting her buried in TX on their lands. I may have some of that wrong, but that's the gist of it.
Don't forget Big Mo stated that the media got everything wrong.
I really didn't look into all that happened with him in PA very closely, but certainly did hear politics was involved. Ain't it always?

That was precisely my thought, as well. Lots in that story about HKS not wanting the pregnancy, and her being afraid to tell him. I'm going back to see how the dates fit, with what we already know.....

If it was during her time with HKS, maybe he planning on buying land there and putting an ANNALand casino there...

I don't know most of the answers, but Inside Edition says room 601 is sealed and will remain so indefinitely.
I buy it 'cause the Callenders (sp) law firm that HAD represented Anna in the Bahamas had hired Wecht for Anna, and Anna never paid them for their services (including Wecht's). This law firm quit working for Anna, or she fired them after they demanded payment. I believe they filed legal action against her to collect their fees.

Agreed on that - no getting rid of anything after the cops got there - and they got there first.
