I didn't click the link and haven't read intervening posts, but I do remember that ANS had applied with the BIA for tribal membership with the Tejas Indians and they were also jumping into the burial fray wanting her buried in TX on their lands. I may have some of that wrong, but that's the gist of it.

Approx how long ago would you say she applied for tribal membership? If you can remember.

If it was during her time with HKS, maybe he planning on buying land there and putting an ANNALand casino there...

This is Arizona, looks like she went to the spa down in Tucson (to dry out?) and had a three-week affair, had this baby boy and gave him to the father for some reason and then wrote a will to disinherit him right after he was born.
