Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Yes, and I hope they are aware that Rita Crosby got KICKED out of the funeral as she was coming as a guest of Virgie. So the Sterns got to invite all their media (who was paying them), but if Virgie wanted to invite someone to represent her (as ET has done nothing but slam her), she didn't have that option. So much for Milstein being GAL, POS that he is too. He was Stern GAL as far as I'm concerned.

The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant's mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Possible religious bias against a Southern Baptist/Christian upbringing for a child who had a GODMOTHER appointed by her mother, who had a "Baptist" minister perform a "committment ceremony". Will the self-appointed father honor this religious affiliation or circumvent it?
National media villifying, defaming and causing pain and suffering to the mother of the decedent, for gain and profit.
WE SHOULD ALL BE TERRIFIED THAT THESE SAME LAWYERS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND JUDGES COULD PUT ALL OF US IN JEOPARDY.
A REVIEW OF ALL THE "LEGAL" RULINGS TO DATE SHOULD REMIND US TO NEVER LEAVE OUR AFFAIRS IN THE HANDS OF LAWYERS OR JUDGES.
Somewhere following your post about a woman being kicked out of the funeral party I read that Rita Cosby was kicked out. She was there at Virgie's invite.
It is interesting how ET is making out like bandits with this whole story. Exclusives, Unseen footage...etc. Also having their tape aired in a courtroom that was seen all across the Universe. Still in the blogosphere it seems that most people are complaining about their biased reporting. ET is owned by Paramount and it's usually a 30 minute commercial for their actors, actresses, and movies.
Well at least Virgie was there. She can tell the tale. She'll wait until the ET "Anna Nicole Funeral Special" is over. Then she'll tell what really went down at the "reception".

Out of all the people in Stern's camp that I've seen only the two husbands grief seems real.
So there's a Howard "mindframe" here. VIDEOS ARE INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE and Howard was going to create "indisputable evidence".
The only difference is that Old Man Marshall states that: "I am---- Marshal...and I am of Sound Mind."

During the Scott Peterson trial i learned that sociopaths don't have a conscience.
Here's a description of A Sociopath i found (remind you of anyone):
Antisocial Personality Disorder is also known as psychopathy or

and a reckless disregard for their own safety and the safety of
others are traits of the antisocial personality.
Socioeconomic status, gender, and genetic factors play a role.
Males are more likely to be antisocial than females. Those from
lower socioeconomic groups are more susceptible. A family history
of the disorder puts one at higher risk.
There are many theories about the cause of Antisocial Personality
Disorder including experiencing neglectful parenting as a child, low
levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, and belief that
antisocial behavior is justified because of difficult circumstances.
Psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy are common
treatments. The effects of medical treatment are inconclusive.
Unfortunately, most people with Antisocial Personality Disorder
reject treatment. Therefore, recovery rates are low.

I also think he will say that Anna accidently handed Daniel her glass with her medication which goes with his statement: "I should have thought more of it when he said he was tired." (or something like that.
He's gonna try to blame it on Anna and say that he was covering for her. That's WHY he threw all the meds down the toilet...to protect Anna.
The SOB laid right there and watched Daniel die. I wish they had a security camera in that room.
I just had to laugh at that one. I've always thought that HKS was without a doubt a sociopath. But now that his brother and sister exhibit the same behavior pattern, I sure would like to see the press digging into THEIR parents as much as they are making accusations against Virgie.
