Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Do we know if ET had any part in planning the funeral? It was, well kinda gawdy and staged and it wouldn't surprise me if ET added some of that for flavor so their "Anna Nicole Funeral Special" would be a BIT HIT.

I don't care how much exercise she did, all that weight she lost, she would need surgery to get some of the flab taken care of.

I'm thinking that Greta is getting her videos from the Shelly stash. The things that were taken out of the house after Anna died. Remember Howie whining about the clown video during the hearing. The Mommie Dearest video was made a few weeks after Daniel died for ET. ET has this godawful habit of holding outtakes from videos and then playing them as unseen after a person dies, gets in a scandal, or arrested. Does anyone know if Virgie ever accused Anna of killing Daniel? That's what Anna is saying but from all the stuff I've seen Virgie is accusing Howard. I'm sure Howard told her she was being accused just to stir the pot.
On ET last night they only showed his last shovel full. They didn't show how many came before it. Coulda been six?
But they sure did make a big huge fuss over how many shovel fulls Virgie did. They said 51 but really she was just dragging the dirt off the wheelbarrow. I don't know what point they were trying to make there. But yesterday there was a rumor that Virgie stomped on her daughters grave. If that had happened, surely ET would've shown it. Unless it was one of those padding down the dirt stomps or maybe she even padded it down with the shovel. But that's hardly "stomping". But the rumors made it sound like she was "stomping on her grave" as tho she hated her daughter.

Apparently the botulitum toxin acts within minutes. That would be the easiest one for him to get without looking suspicious.
These people not only do not have remorse over a death.....they are positively diabolical. Where are the parents in THAT family? They have raised a complete mess of psychopaths.
But the remorse. It's the thing that's been bothering me. All the characters in this "drama" who are supposed to be "as close as family" to ANS, none of them show genuine remorse in these interviews. Moe did not, Eric Gibson did not (I will say that I think, maybe Brigitte did), Alex Goen certainly did not. Howard Stern did not. And in the two interviews I saw, neither did Bonnie and Gary Stern.

Howard Marshall II's estate plan in Marshall, et al. v. McIntyre (the Estate of J. Howard Marshall II), et al. The Houston Probate Court ruled that Vickie Lynn Marshall (a/k/a Anna Nicole Smith) did not have an agreement with J. Howard Marshall II that would give her one-half of all his property. Furthermore, the Court also decreed that J. Howard Marshall II "did not intend to give and did not give to Anna Nicole Smith a gift or bequest from his estate or living trust either prior to or upon his death."
Over the course of the relationship with Marshall, Smith received over $6.2 million in cash and other material possessions," says Don Jackson, defense attorney for the Marshalls. "This was a frivolous lawsuit and a desperate money grab -- the jury came to the correct decision by upholding Marshall's estate plan outlined in his will and living trust."
"The unfortunate passing of Smith caused a stir in the media over the potential inheritance from her marriage, but the fact remains that the Marshall estate was left to E. Pierce Marshall," says Jeff Chambers, defense attorney for E. Pierce Marshall. "Wild accusations of tampering and tearful outbursts in the courtroom did not sway the jury to ignore the facts of the case, and Smith's untimely passing does nothing to change the Houston ruling."
I'm glad to see that Roger Friedman is putting Eroshivitz in the spotlight more, however, he could have mentioned that she was also present for the ice bath at the Hard Rock. That info came out on Fox (his network) on Greta's show. Why not use what you have, Roger?
